I hadn't been to an Ace until I moved here. The quality of service is amazing right as you enter the store. I always feel like they care and know that I want to get my things fast and head out. Occasionally, they check the aisles for people like me who are in denial about knowing where things are. They are always approachable and communicative. I typically have to pay a little extra compared to larger stores, but the convenience and service are hard to beat.

We bought dog beds they love them the sales person's was very friendly and helpful. We have bought stuff their before always friendly and helpful also the sales person's wear masks that's a + in it's self love going their to shop or just to look around.

Every time I have gone into True Value I come out with more than what I intended to get. Service has been above and beyond each time willing to help in any way. Employees are all very friendly and helpful. Some items might be a dollar more than going downtown but the personal service is worth it. I encourage others to shop here and support our local businesses.

This is a reasonably priced, well placed store right outside Ellsworth AFB. It really is quite convenient to be able to drive 5 minutes to this neighborhood store. Additionally, the workers were very friendly and helpful in finding whatever I was looking for. I will definitely be frequenting this establishment for my future home improvement/repair needs!

When I got back from deployment, I spent my R&R moving into a new apartment. I was struggling with feeling secure in the new place, so they helped me find ways to increase my sense of security (dowels for windows and sliding doors, sliding hotel locks for the doors, etc). They helped me figure out how to get my washer and dryer installed, helped me with pest control stuff, figuring out creative solutions for every day problems. They’ve helped me figure out which tools will work best for me for specific jobs, and when I couldn’t get a screw out of my key fob to change the battery, they literally pulled out their own tools and struggled with it for me until it was fixed. Living so close to the store has been such a blessing to me. Friendly, helpful, attentive, and all around excellent service and great people. If I could rate it six stars, I would.

I called 2 minutes before close needing something this second. The man on the phone said he would wait for me. I arrived around 7 minutes after close. He had the part I needed in hand and ready to assist me. I will definitely return to this place for future shopping. By far the best hardware store I have even been to. Keep up the good work!

Called Dwayne looking for a specific bolt size and thread pitch. He walked back and looked for it and gave me all of my options. When I showed up the crew showed me back to the bolts and where I needed to look to decide which one I wanted.Made it up to the counter and despite Ace being a National chain, it felt like you were a part of the family. Wished I lived closer.

This place is great. I find what I need more often than not. The prices are a bit high on certain items though. But most items it's a better price than other local stores. The staff seem friendly and knowledgeable... There is a military discount so that's a plus.

First time coming in for some uhaul products. Very nice store has a nice small town feel that I love and miss. The manager(and/or) owner was a super nice guy! Will be coming back for some more stuff soon!
