Love everything we’ve tried so far and amazed at the taste, tenderness, and high quality of everything! Almost no shrinkage on hamburgers and the flavor and juiciness is outstanding! Will order from the Baldwin family from now on for our beef needs. Can’t wait to try a roast. Ribeye steaks, T bone steaks and Sirloin steaks are so amazing! The value is outstanding and not worrying about a beef shortage at the store as well brings peace of mind. Know your farmer and where your food comes from. Thanks John and family!!

This is the first time my husband & have ordered ½ a beef & we will order from Dakota Prime Meats every year. I made the T-bone steaks & it was the best steak I have ever eaten. Not like the best steak I've ever made at home but the best steak I have ever eaten. You will not regret it everything is amazing. Not to mention they delivered it & the man that delivered it was so nice & answered all my questions. Hands down, doesn't get any better.

We purchased the shrimp, scallops and flounder..have tried the shrimp and flounder. Wow! Both were excellent taste and very succulent. Also, couldn't work with better people than the Baldwins!
