I went to the restaurant located in Arnold's Park, Iowa. It was the BEST pizza, potato wedges, and boasted chicken. Fresh, hot, and amazingly delicious. The customer service was awesome too.

The store layout of this location is the worst I've seen for any pizza place. I walked right into the kitchen and after apologizing, another customer near by said they had just down the same thing. We order a large pizza and an order of cheese sticks. As soon as I paid and they handed my order I ask if they had put the marinara sauce in the box of cheese sticks. The employee validated they had for sure put my marinara sauce in the box. After a 15 minute drive to our destination, you guessed it there was no marinara sauce and the bread sticks were cold. They offered to give me sauce it I drove back which would have been at least an hour round trip drive which is not worth my time. I don't believe our food was fresh. We had to warm everything up in the microwave. :(. My entire family was looking forward to a Godfathers pizza but what a HUGE disappoint this was. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

We came in town from out of state and stopped by godfathers... we got a taco pizza and cinnamon strusel pizza to go and it definitely did not disappoint! We had the pleasure of interacting with Brady who was phenomenal! Very obvious why he is a manager! He represents godfathers and above! I am a customer service manager so I always notice premium service and cannot say enough good things about Brady! It's super hard to find nowadays so I hope it's appreciated! Thank you so very much Brady!

If they still served the best part of godfathers pizza this would be a 5 star review!! Whoever felt like removing the breakfast pizza from the menu was a good idea is not very smart!! I came here almost daily for a quick delicious breakfast pizza and there is nothing else in the area!! But now I have to drive to rapid city and get drive thru!! Poor management decision!!

We had the daily special which was a super Hawaiian large size pizza. It was delicious, plenty of toppings, and only 14 bucks. Friendly staff, will definitely go back to try another daily special, they also have wings, garlic bread, and treat pizzas. Go Godfathers

Consistently no personal pizzas at lunch time. I even showed up earlier than normal thinking I'd beat the rush. But none at all. Dont know who the manager is. But they are failing big time. Only spot in the area to get lunch, so they are loosing GodFathers money day in and day out!!! The word express should be removed from the sign

We stopped by Godfather in Black Hawk for a pizza tonight.And while waiting a young women came in with a pizza that wasn't what she ordered. Talked to the staff and was told they would make the right one and she could take the other pizza if she wanted. The the girl came back and told her that the manager wouldn't let them do another pizza for free. She would have to pay for what she orginally orderedPoor customer service. The staffers not empowered to makea decision. they couldn'take a feee pizza for herPer theamaget. She left om tears. Then ce back on and asked again simce she just spent $20 on a pizza that her children wouldn't ear because of the topping. She ordered a Taco Pizza without tomatoes and onions.

Godfathers is great pizza. And this is a great location. Don’t listen to the poor reviews. If the wait is a little longer than estimated, chill out and wait a little longer - it’s worth the wait. It’s good pizza & the workers are good people. Enjoy!

Called in my order, was told my pizza would be ready in 1/2 hour. No one in the place knew what they were doing. Order tickets were illedgitable and no names were put names on them. I ended up being there for another hour waiting for my pizza. There was one man who took my money and then turned around and started removing pizza from the over and boxing them without changing gloves. When I told him that this was unexceptible he disappeared. If I hadn't payed for my order I would of walked put. Family said the pizza was delicious. I will never go back.

Since we no longer have godfathers pizza in Oklahoma, I insisted that we eat there while on vacation this past summer. Even though it was hard to find because it is located in a convenience store, the pizza was well worth the journey! It was by far the best pizza I have eaten in years. Keep up the good work Godfathers!! If I'm ever in Rapid city again, I will definitely eat at godfathers pizza!

Dueene was the only person holding up the Fort.She had a line of people and she kept everything going smoothly.She is pleasant and professional when a lesser person would have folded.I am not sure why Godfathers pizza is under staffed but I appreciate Dueene for being there and providing pizza in Blackhawk, SDThis woman deserves a raise or a big bonus for working in this situation. It's not the first time I've been in to get a hot pizza and seen her by herself.I would suggest a larger table for her to cut the pizzas and to hold her tools.It looked like the pan clamp was a problem for her. It would be nice if she had the best tools possible for her to do her job.I have to mention again how understaffed it seems.How is a person supposed to build pizzas, take phone orders and take care of people in person ?Dueene is a plus to Godfathers Pizza and I sure hope management takes note.If your a customer, Tip well she deserves it.Thank you for the great meat lovers pizza.

I can't eat their pizza ( I have Celiac's) BUT my kids love the pizza and the price it's too bad it's what you would expect from any pizza place. The staff is friendly and helpful and the place is clean.

Store hours say closing at 10:00 pm.. I called at 8:40 to get a take out pizza and the lady said “we’re no longer serving”. Love the pizza, horrible service.
