Terrible store never stocked got things everywhere should've closed this store and kept the family dollar open at least they were stocked everytime employees just stand around or keep you waiting at the register very poor don't go here because you'll be going somewhere else to get what you need

Horrible customer service 9 times out of 10 you are left trying to find someone to assist and when they can assist there is a good chance they will only be able to accept one form of payment or you may have no option but to do the self-serve regardless of how full your cart is. One of the clerks will often yell out as soon as you enter what are you looking for!? I won't ever shop there again It's not worth the frustration not to mention I have witnessed Several other patrons upset by the lack of customer service.

I am a frequent shopper at your store, usually after 8pm.I came in last night about 930, and my debit card wouldn't work (I guess you guts have been experiencing problems with my banks cards.) they were about to close and I had no other form of payment... Lee was kind enough to run his card so I could take my items. I am so grateful for his help and I will be bringing him his money back on Saturday. He went above and beyond and I am so thankful for his compassion!

Store employee pocketed 200 dollars when saying she loaded it on a prepay card. No funds were added she says no refund. But she collected 200 cash from me and then told me nothing can be done about it when the money was not on the card. Be careful shoppers they are good at acting like they're having issues just to steal from customers

Went to pay for items. Sign was up to use self checkout. No clerk around to be seen. Person with me made comment that it really pi**es her of nobody around and we have to use self checkout. Lady from back office came out yelling saying not to use profanity and we should use self checkout. Told her she has bad attitude. Never going back.

I was there at 9:45pm one night to grab a few items and the employee asked me if she could help me find something, I said no. She proceeded to follow me through the store telling me they are getting ready to close. Really?! Leave me alone to shop! Then I run in to get a card for a funeral a week later during the day time. I have to literally yell “Hello?????” All she would say is yes. Then finally after about 5 times she yells back-‘what do you need?!’ I said I would like to check out! She comes up to the register and points to the self check out and said “You could have used that!” She was pretty snotty-then I said “No I couldn’t, it doesn’t take CASH and I am not using a card for one item!!”My husband and daughter went in there last night and last time I checked-if you have something marked 2 for $6-you should sell it to them for that and instead they said “No that has changed, prices are going up.” Word of advice-take your marked prices down then…Ok-you guys are about as unprofessional as they come. Just sayin-I’ll drive into town or go to a different store out there for now on.

If your hours of operations has you closing at 10pm that means you close at 10 pm not 10, 5, or even 2 minutes before. Rolled up at 9:55 pm for 1 item and they just looked at me and continued to ignore me and the doors were already locked. Sorry guys but that's bad business practice.
