Brought parrots in. Receptionists kinda looked lost as I walked in so waited for direction. Veterinarian was able to assess my birds and helped them despite being a small community. She was even able to recommend another bird food to help them.

Even though my dog is nervous in buildings she's not super familiar with, the staff treated my animals well and they were more comfortable by the end of our trip. Shots went quickly and the staff made sure to hear any of my concerns. They had plenty of items on the wall for purchase for pets. I trust the advice I get and check ups move at a pace I'm comfortable with. The cats took their shots well and the dog relaxes more each time we go.

I like the place and we have boarded our dog their and probably will again. We paid ahead for boarding during a visit and when we arrived to board we were asked had we paid and when we picked up our dog we were asked again; trust your clients the way they trust you with their pets and appreciate promptness. They made provisions for us in an emergency situation and I appreciate that! We like the doctor Elise and her husband alot but not a fan of the dark haired girl, she lacks the proper skills for dealing with the public.

Great place nice people 2 years ago had to put my 15 year old pitbull down asked of they could come to my home and put her down after they closed at the end of the day 15 min later they showed up I will be forever grateful
