Great variety of animal foods. The isles are a little congested and small for a wheelchair. The staff is friendly, warm and helpful. Other than getting in a jam in an isle,it was a good experience.

Just a heads up. In the month of November, 8 employees quit. The turnover rate is insane. Management is horrible, out of control, and I wouldn't recommend ANYONE working there. They are mentally and physically abusive. This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

It's my go to for most things not grocery, although certain times of year they do have tasty snacks you just can't find anywhere else. $$ Fairly priced.$$

Love this place, my Koda does to. I take her in sometimes on the leash to get her kibble and she gets so much attention from all the friendly staff! My goto for garden, yard, and pet supplies!

The store itself I would probably rate at 3 stars, but I had a specific question and asked an employee, and what happened next was GREAT! He was an older gentleman, and was a great conversationalist, which is important to me because I'm order to find the product we had to cover some square footage, he didn't just point me in a direction, he stopped what he was doing and took me there! Although they didn't have the specific product that I was after, I had a great experience and conversation with him and felt very welcome and right at home, and got some really great history as well! Keep hiring great people Runnings, and you'll grow bigger every year! I'll make sure to stop by next time I'm in that neck of the woods!

I have always appreciated the employees at Runnings. This week Nick was very helpful with our riding lawn mower. He took time to explain things to me which helped us make a decision on what to do with it. Brandon has always been a great help. We appreciate this store and the friendliness of each employee. I also really like the dish towels. They are the best to embroider.

Traveling from the west to the east coast in a motorhome, had to replace my toad's battery (my own fault). Crossed my fingers and went into this store. Ran into a young man who cared about my issues and was extremely helpful. Addison, you are an asset to this business, they are lucky to have you! If you need help or advice, look him up, you won't regret it!

I bought a scope for my AR and it worked fine just couldnt be sighted in or even close to the laser bore no matter where i put it and all the tricks i could think of. So i paid cash and when i made the return im told that since its over a set amount believe it was $50 that i could either get a gift card or corporate check by mail that could take 5 to 10 days. This 2 star rating is based soley on store policy and thats it. Staff is friendly and helpful and their products are good products but evrything costs more than $50 there so having the money on hand in that store should not be even close to an issue. Besides if you take the gift card that has no cash value what happens if something you buy from that card needs returned? Terrible policy runnings and honestly thought you guys cared a bit more about your customers. Minus 3 stars for policy plus 2 stars for helpful staff

Plenty of elbow room, plenty of help, lots of empty shelves. Lawn products going fast. Most be the year to work outdoors and care for yards. Employees always friendly. Store is clean. Five stars if hose was in stock!!

Has everything you would ever want or ever need from a hardware and/or a home improvement store and so much more that we can't list it all here. From home improvement, to landscaping, to electrical, to ranch supplies. If they don't have it... it doesn't exist in south dakota.

Always amazed I can grab hardware and some tools for what ever project I'm trying to get accomplished and grab a bottle of whiskey in the liquor store by the check out. What an amazing time savings. A word of caution, be careful in the Milwaukee tool isle, it can get expensive.

I placed an order online, was notified it was ready to pick up, was invoiced, and was told it would he held for at least two weeks. I drove 50 miles two days later to pick it up and they did not have it. Very poor customer service and I found you can't rely on their online order system to produce anything.

Great assortment of merchandise. HUGE store. My husband needed a sturdy coverall to wear over his clothes when he works on our semi truck. He can get pretty dirty rolling around under the truck. The super helpful ladies who work there helped him find the correct size. I even found a pair of easy launder capri pants that convert to shorts---on sale. Great for work and outdoor gear.

Went to just look around, I was checking out the men's Felt Cowboy hats, kinda wanted a new one but couldn't make up my mind to buy and what color and style looked best on me. Gale in the men's dept was most helpful, helped find my style and the color that looked best on me, she was a great help in making this a pleasant experience.
