The floors are filthy with dirt and dust bunnies along the shelving. Also the floor could use a good mopping. Plus the front entrance carpet mat is filthy as well. and boxes everywhere blocking the shelves. All the while three young employees standing around behind the counter doing nothing but visiting.

I think this store should just close up shop… The hours often time are inconsistent, some days they can't take 50s or hundreds, Half of the services that are supposed to be available or not. It's quite sad actually because the town could really use the store. However it is also waste of time to stop there and find out they're either closed or. etc. etc.. It's just a waste of time to even stop there sadly

It's family Dollar, everything is relatively inexpensive, the store is pretty big so they have a freezer section with a good selection. The employees are outgoing, nice, and helpful. The parking lot is clean, the store wasn't in disarray and the restrooms were clean. All in all a good family Dollar. 5 stars

I like the store it has a lot of stuff I like I can get a little bit of anything and everything including basic tools and housewares and and the eggs are less expensive here too

IF the staff would spend even half as much of their energy on customer service and putting stuff away as they do SMOKING....this store would be a decent place to shop. Right now, you suck!!! I won't go back until I find out they have different staff and I can acutally walk through the store without feeling claustrophobic due to the insane clutter.

It was decent it had a really nice employee working at the time. She was so sweet. And I only had a problem with there being lack of price labeling on certain shelves and isles making me steer away from buying that item I was curious about.

The store is a mess there is a dried out candy bar sitting on a Shelf that looks like it's been there for weeks. The staff was more interested in talking with their friends then helping out the customers. I was so disgusted with how the store looked and how the associates or too busy talking with her friends instead of helping out that I just dropped my stuff and left. Corporate needs to tear down that store and start over it is disgusting!!

I go in there to get things that I need but lately when I have gone in there the store is dirty, cluttered,nothing on the shelves and I agree with one review the aisles are always cluttered with freight and seems no one is around they are either smoking or talking and never asking if the customers need help. Very disappointed in this store management needs to step in and hire more people or do with what they have as staff and get them moving more faster than they do right now. Family Dollar needs to get cleaned up just gross walking in there anymore!!!!

Stick to the schedule! If youre going to post that you’re open until 10PM then you should do so. This is the 3rd time now I have been denied entrance in to your store BEFORE CLOSING TIME! The doors were locked at least 20 minutes before close. In the door was a handwritten note that said Sorry were closed. Like that makes me feel better. To top it off there were several customers still inside shopping. I’m pretty sure that violates a fire code or a zoning ordinance or some sort. Thanks for nothing Family Dollar!

I received very poor service. I asked how much the AT&T cell phone was and she said, "I don't know". When I got to checkout she asked if I found everything all right. To which I replied, "Well I might have bought a cell phone if someone could give me a price". She said, "Your total is$10.87". Where has customer service gone????

When I fractured my hip, I called and they did my shopping for me and let me pay. I had a friend just pick it up for me. The lady was very friendly and patient. Thank you.

I'm a new employee at this family dollar i been working there for only a month and I get to experience the struggle they go threw with the store yes I agree it is a mess when it comes to the boxes in the aisle but with only 3 employees working 2 full time and 1 part time u can see how hard it is to do everything stock,cashier,clean, and unload the truck every week I'm pregnant and I will still work my butt off to try to make this store look at least a little better then what the old employees made it look like please give us some credit we are trying hard to get new workers that will do more for the store this store is under new management and I pray things change and get better for our customers. I'm speaking it into existence this store WILL GET BETTER!!!

The staff were nice that is the only thing good about this store. It was a mess, boxes, merchandise all over the floors. Shelves empty I had to ask for some things.

It's always a party at the Family Dollar, amirite? Except this time, there was pretty much nothing on the shelves. Like desolate. Still, I had a fun time beeping everything with the scanner on the app, and I didn't have to go to Walmart! Win!

It has ups and downs. They struggle with keeping staff which causes the store to be messy or seem unsafe due to stuff stacked all over in the aisles. Lately it has been better-ish

Friendly people, always stocked and now that the AC is working a person can actually browse the aisles. Shop there weekly, sometimes more.

I have shopped here for years and it is so unfortunate that the management is slipping daily. Hearing employees telling eachother that the are sick of the lack of leadership and that they are looking for a new job does not look good for this place as far a customers are concerned

They are a joke..cheap self paper was in the dollar spot and it rang up 4.50 a roll...she refused to sell it for a dollar...the big fancy rolls weren't even as high as these cheap clear 4 foot rolls...I will never go back

A lot of moving things around. An awful lot of boxes in the aisles and only 2 people working. Looked for items I like and couldn't find them. Empty shelves and full boxes.
