I ordered sheet metal from Scott and it was damaged in the recent hail storm. When I went to pick it up, I didn't accept several damaged panels. Scott said he would look at the panels and get back to me. In less than a week, he ordered all new panels, then delivered it to my property without a delivery charge. As busy as they are, Scott handled everything for me, in a timely fashion, without me harassing him. I am building a house in Sturgis and plan on buying a good portion of my materials from Dakota Lumber. Thanks Scott, you've made a customer!!!!
