I took our farm dog here. He was terrified and hardly ever leaves the farm. They were so good with him and made him look absolutely amazing! I could tell he felt amazing too!! Needless to say.. I just dropped him off for his second appointment and he walked right in the door with a happy wagging tail. I think Fred and Janet will be life long friends ☺️

I love writing good reviews and this one is mixed. They had my dogs in and out quickly which I appreciate, but I think they were very busy and going a little too fast. Both of my dogs had at least 2 nails bleeding. I know it happens because I've done it before, but they were cut way too short and more than 1 bleeding isn't good. I have to get the carpets cleaned as it made a huge mess. Poor guys kept licking the areas.

Janet does a wonderful job grooming! I have watched her work with animals that are not always calm (as animals away from their home environment tend to be!) and she is patient, gentle and gets the job done. I would (and do!) recommend her to anyone.

Janet has worked on two of my pets and she's done an excellent job. It's obvious she loves working with animals and her experience with them shows. I wouldn't hesitate to leave my pets in Janet's care again.

I would recommend The Dog Shop to any of my friends! I have known Janet as a great friend for many, many years, she has always taken care of all my animals, she is amazing! She trims our French Bulldog and Black and Tan Coonhound's nails every month, and they both love to visit her 😊. I would give her 5 stars all day long ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

They did a great job with my large husky. His coat was in much better condition. He is terrible with getting his nails clipped, but they still were able to do a great job with them. Easy communication system as well that sent me a reminder and pick up texts when they were done. Really appreciated it.

The owner of this shop is very knowledgable about her job and she was easy and fun to talk to. She has worked with animals for most of her life, and she worked well with my dog. She was calm the entire time she groomed him, and I have never been happier with how my dog looked. Her staff is very friendly and approachable. The services she provides are affordable, and she knows a lot about handling dogs. I have definitely found my long time groomer and I'm reccomending my friends and family here!

Late for writing a review took my Teddy Bears to about 6 weeks ago on short notice and she got us in even staying late. She did an excellent job and so good with them I will definitely go back to her.

Yesterday, we took our luci over to see Janet for a Shampoo & Haircut. I was a little hesitant to take her because luci has had previous injuries to her left leg. She previously had surgery for the Injury. I explained though to Janet she just isn't able to stand the entire time & asked if it was possible if she could do all or part of luci's haircut sitting down? Originally Janet said, that it wasn't possible but this is how wonderful Janet is at accommodating her pets & their Mommy's 😃 she ended up figuring how to do the entire haircut sitting down & luci looks fabulous. Thank-you for everything Janet & your Staff. 🌷🌷🐾
