If I could give this establishment 0 stars I would because I always come here with my kids and they have so much fun but this time there was a cockroach on the ground and my kids couldn’t go in their favorite isle because there were crackheads making out and making the place smell like a fish market I would never take my kids here ever again as a mom of 2 kids I will say shame on this store and anyone working in it.

Many inexpensive items that an actual dollar store cannot provide. Low lighting which can be good and bad. Not a big store so don't expect a big variety of certain items. Staff was nice and easy going.

My experience was when the cashier only one working up front dealing with an elderly woman who needed help with her check. While the line was 6 deep she was trying to work on both registers while one other employee is standing there seeing the line and didn't even consider helping the other cashier. So being we do alot of shopping there I do know some of the employees by name so I did holler for the manager to see if she could help ring up. Because 2 people walked out..and I was the third after the manager was pissy about me calling for her to help up front..what happened to the bell you had.. it was much easier..so maybe your store needs something to get the attention of the other employees to help with customers

They have low inventory. Its been that way since my last 2-3 visits, which happen maybe once or twice a year. Always messy as well.]

I think around 12 to 3 is usually when the good customer service starts. Best time to go in there.

Kind of crowded and dirty and dingy because of too much stuff. Aisles are hard to navigate and you have to wait for a checker to notice you at the checkout counter because they are off on the floor stocking shelves.

For everyone complaining that family dollar is not a dollar store...you are correct family dollar isn't a dollar store ..they never said they were a dollar store or that everything is a dollar..... the meaning of the stores name is that they save family dollars
