We took our senior doggie to white rose today because they could see her quicker than her regular vet. She's been showing signs of pain.I'm extremely pleased with the services and very reasonably priced.Staff is amazing and you can definitely tell they have a passion for the fur babies ❤️ we are definitely considering making white rose our regular for the rest of our doggies. We took our doggie to white rose for the first time today, they are extremely awesome! They definitely care about the animals and are awesome with them as well. They are very reasonably priced and atmosphere is great. We are now considering switching all of our doggies to white rose for thier vetting needs.Thanks for the awesome experience ❤️

Update: I received a call back from the front desk.I was informed there was only one in the front.I have been going here for years and never had an issue. Now I can't get ahold of anyone. Example: I have called for two days and made several calls to be placed on hold and No one came back to the phone. I called today several times to be asked to hold and said no....and was told there was a phone full of people on hold and a lobby of people and only one person in the office to handle things. This is not good when you can't get answers or get a call back!!!

I am in shock at how unprofessional this vet is. We scheduled to have my 15 year old dog’s nipple taken off because it was bleeding from a tumor. Without consent they proceeded to take off the tumor on her leg as well even though during our original appointment it was discussed that she wouldn’t need that. In fact, during original appointment she barely examined the dog and said all she would need only local anesthesia and it would be a simple procedure. They claim to have tried to call me before the surgery to get consent but I never got a missed call or VM. BUT I DID HAPPEN CALL WHILE SHE WAS IN SURGEY TO CLARIFY THAT WE DIDNT NEED BIOPSY(again already discussed during original appointment) and no one said a word about the tumor in the leg being removed.Then to make matters even worse I called the next day to complain about a surgery being done without consent and the vet threatens suicide to me and tried to make it my fault that there was confusion because they couldn’t get a hold of me.After the call she transferred all my animals records to me making it clear to find somewhere else for veterinary care.I am just in shock at this whole experience and level of unprofessionalism.

on OCT 19th my Cat was bleeding from her foot the night before. I took her early to veterinary clinics in my local area. All refused to see my cat. They hung up on me and refused to see her. Desperately I call White Rose Veterinary Clinic since Sylvia has been my cat's doctor before I called in the hopes that she can somehow help me. She did between customers she help me with tel-medicince. She told me what I needed to do and claimed me down. She helped my cat and now she is doing so much better. Sylvia and White Rose Veterinary Clinic are reliable and professional. Thank you Dr. Sylvia.

I was super nervous about having my girl, Bendi, spayed. She's a rather unique animal can be as sweet as pie or a little devil and mostly a little devil with strangers, like biting and growling that them. They weren't in the least worried about her. I asked to make sure they had cut proof gloves because I was worried. They had them but didn't need them. To my surprise, she was a little angle! The staff was extremely caring and they absolutely loved her! When I picked her up, other than the shaved areas, its was like nothing happened. She was a little less active on the drive home but by the time we got there, she was her old self. I could tell she was a little sore when she'd try to climb but after 2 days, even that was better. As a surgical nurse, I know the care taken in surgery can have a profound effect on the pain afterwards and I feel like Dr. Chappell did an outstanding job! Her staff was absolutely wonderful as well. I didn't feel like we were just another patient. The practice is small and didn't feel as formal as larger practices I've used. And to top it all off, the price was much cheaper than anyone else I called!

The clinic took great care of my dog throughout the years unfortunately this past visit was to say goodbye to fur baby of 14 wonderful years. They let everyone with me come back and gave up plenty of time for each of us to say our goodbyes. Highly recommend them to anyone.

this place is so lazy. I brought my dog in with what I thought was an ear infection which they did test and found out it was. they then brought my dog back to me and told me she wouldn’t let them touch her ears and that they did the best they could with getting it in her ear. my dog is not vicious at all and actually likes to have her ears cleaned out because they were itching so badly. I thought a vet was supposed to administer the medication either way whether it be holding her down or using a muzzle. they didn’t attempt to do either and her ear infection persisted. they didn’t send me home with any medication I had to ask and pay for it separately. I spent 280 dollars for her to still have an ear infection. i wasn’t aware she still had it until it became a hematoma that was infected. I had to take her to another vet where they drained it and sent her home with medicine and now the ear infection is gone. and that costed me another 100 dollars. don’t waste your money coming here because not only do they overcharge but they don’t actually fix the problem.

I like Dr Sylvia Chappell. She and her team are great with my Labradoodle and my shitzu.My doodle had a tumor and spleen removed she is now doing great. My shitzu has glaucoma, she is being treated and is doing well.White Rose never disappoints.

I appreciate them working me in, my cat needed stitches. But I paid $250 for him to rip out every one the same day. No bandage or anything over the stitches. I took him back and had to pay another 250 to get him stitched back up.. where they did bandage him. If they would have done that the first time around I wouldn't have had to pay $500 to get him stitched up, so that's a little annoying. They did call and check on him, which was nice.Edit** 2 stitches were left in my cats neck.. he was sedated so I'm not sure how they were missed.. **

Our cat was super sick and her veterinarian couldn't see her for 48 hours. White Rose said that they would work her in between 2 & 3, but after the intake conversation, she said bring her in right now. We were in and out in an hour. Everyone was super friendly. I am grateful for them and our big kitty is doing so much better already - less than 24 hrs after being treated. Highly recommend this vet clinic. You have gained our fur family as clients. Thank you.

Dr Sylvia and her crew are absolutely awesome!! From trying to help my 12 years “young” mastiff in and out of the van to not just throwing meds our way but come up honest management for him. They care! And absolutely affordable!! We had been going to a vet for a long time prior; till it got to the point they became really busy and another vet came on board with more staff, it was more about monetary, so now with White Rose Vet my family and I have found our family vet!!

I was so nervous to drop off my little cat to be spayed. (all of this after a lifetime of saying, "I'm not a cat person." Turns out, I am VERY much a cat person! ;) )The staff at White Rose made me feel comfortable I hated leaving her there, but I KNEW I was leaving her in good hands.I had told them I was on a budget as this little cat came into my life very unexpectedly. They didn't try to push/sale all the services like many other vets have done.It was a good experience and I will continue to use their services.

We have been using this vet for about 3 years. In office visits are pretty good but are pretty expensive. Spent $600 on well visits with routine shots for my 2 dogs. They were out of the heart worm pill we use for 3 weeks after they said it would be there in a day. The real issue is they supposedly offer home visits. We have a 23 lb cat who is not social with anyone outside our house and gets very stressed around other animals especially in a vet setting. When I took the dogs in for their well visit, she said she would be glad to set up a home visit for the cat so we could get him some oral flea and worm medicine. I understand the vet can't just write the prescription without seeing the animal. However, don't agree to come to my house and not show up after my wife has taken off work from her $35 per hour job to be there when you say you're going to be there. This happened not once, not twice, but 3 times. Then you act like it's our fault you had to cancel? My wife lost about $300 to $350 in wages over the 3 vists taking off work early only to have you call and cancel the appointment 20 minutes before you're supposed to be there. My wife works in Charlotte and it's over an hour ride home plus she is punctual and left a bit earlier to make sure she and the cat were prepared and ready for you when you got there. So she left work 3 hours before her shift ended each time you canceled. I discussed my wife losing work hours and money with the vet. Her only solution was, "Just bring the cat in."

Took my cat(Smokey) for a nail trim.I forgot to get their names, but the 2 ladies that helped me were awesome.They took him back as soon as I got there and 5 minutes later I have Smokey back and they said he was very easy to trim. Been here twice now with two different dogs. Front desk staff (older lady) was super rude first visit. Vet was rude to me but then baby talked my dog. Said I wouldn’t be back. Then I couldn’t get in for a needed visit with my other dog. Second visit the entire place reeks of urine. Like so bad I felt sick. I mentioned it to the staff but she doesn’t seem to care. Also in the middle of check in she took a call and spent 10 minutes giving another customer pricing etc instead of finishing checking my dog in.

I Love White Rose Veterinary! They take good care of my babies Dexter and Carlos. Dexter gets an ear infection just about every year. He recently had one and the next appointment was a week out. I told them I can't watch him being miserable for a another week and they squeezed him in the next day. I'll ask him if he is ready to go see the "Doctor" and he gets so excited. He is much happier now! Thank you White Rose!

I was extremely impressed by the care from this office. We were not a regular customer at this office but our dog was having an issue we felt needed immediate attention and they saw her which our regular office did not. Sadly it looks terminal which we were scared of but the care from this staff was so caring and the doctor we felt treated our animal as her own-this made an extremely hard day a little more comfortable to handle with their care and concern. Life is delicate and should be treated as such and they did. Thank you.
