Great customer service. Just Always out of everything and prices are never right from shelf to checkout. I still there about 4 to 7 days a week in hope that they get more in stock. This store should be updated like three the others. It’s a clean store and employees are always working.

The cashier is a pushy broad that is rude and hateful. Been here twice now trying to get my coupon for sat. And for windshield wipers and she wouldn't help me at all. Also no wi-fi so how you supposed to get digital coupons with out Wi-Fi?

This store has some of the rudest cashiers I've ever encountered. Always too busy to help a customer, and have bad attitudes towards anyone asking questions. Not to mention, this place has some of the nastiest restrooms I have ever seen in a store. I used to work for Dollar General, and this would have NEVER been acceptable.

I went in early, like 9 am and the floor was dirty, items misplaced on the shelves... as if the store was not cleaned prior to closing the prior day. I did find what I came for which I guess is all that mattered. The manager was cordial and greeted me.

The entire staff was unprofessional, were cussing and essentially yelling with/at each other. And Got visible attitudes with each other in attempt to embarrass their coworkers in front of the customers. Made the entire environment uncomfortable and I honestly just wanted to leave. 0/10 and honestly don’t want to come back. Thanks. I used to work at this store a few years ago under Ben and its gone far downhill. Happened the night of November 26th, 2019.

Saturday morning March 11 .. middle age white man who was working refuse to take my business.. I literally come in the store all the time but this one morning he told me I couldn’t shop there with a attitude.. I haven’t did anything.. he called my wife the B word

A little disorganized and things on carts to be put on shelves were hard to maneuver around but I found what I was looking for and got out.i realy think the stocking should be done late evening or night time so not to enter fear with shoppers. (Just my thoughts)

Dollar Generals for the most part are the same everywhere u go. Not this one. I have a great shopping experience every time I go to the store in McConnells. They have an amazing crew of good ol folks from the area. They are the perfect example of what southern hospitality is all about. We're greeted with a smile and a sincere how do u do that'll make ur day. I never have to ask for help because they're always willing to lend a hand. I'm able to get in and out with no hassle. The "Have a nice day, come back to see us "is the perfect ending to our weekly trip to the Dollar General in McConnells. I recommend this branch to anyone who has a thing for good products, great prices and even better people.

Will never shop at the store again after being lied to by the district manager and store manager. Neglect of the parking lot resulted in a blown tire on my car they promised to pay for numerous times.

God bless, I found the SouthEastern Mills gravy mix. It's on the bottom shelf Where it can't be found unless You work at Dollar General. It should be with the other gravies!!!

This store had around 8 people without facial coverings in the store at the same time. The store attendants were either not wearing their mask or not wearing it properly.

I like this store but the register seems to have problems most of the time when im in there and the store is overcrowded with merchandise and often i will get a product that scans differently from the shelf price says.
