I just experiencedThe worst display of customer serviceThat I have ever seen. A gentleman walked up to the cashier and told her that he cannot read and was looking for some antibiotics. Instead of assisting the gentleman She just told him it was on the medicine aisle. I offered to help him and I think he was so Embarrassed that he wouldn't even look at me. That little girl should be fired

Dollar General has been remodeled! It is awesome! I was there today! It was nice and clean, stocked well, had a wide selection of products and the staff was very friendly and helpful! I had a very pleasant shopping experience! I'm looking forward to shopping there again!

The staff here are are very friendly. It's like a group is kind of like a group of your close friends.The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because every time I go in to look for something, there always seems to be one of those grey metal stocking carts in the isle I need to look in.

Three weeks in a row the cashier elderly lady closes whenever she decides. 8pm, 9pm, never at 10pm. She is extremely slow and rude. Corporate needs to get her some extra help and better training. The store is in shambles. It's problematic to the community. Total nuisance.

This store is always cluttered with stuff in the way. Can’t get down all the aisles cause of truck orders being in the way. I don’t understand why can’t they leave the truck in the back room and only bring out one cart at the time. This store is always dirty. It’s a wonder someone hasn’t tripped over something and fallen. This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Crazy you can barely walk down a isle . Some isles you can't even walk down at all because there is so much stuff in the way . Why isn't anyone putting stuff up at this store? When Tina was the manager is was clean and stocked. Now you can't barely get down an isle to get what you need, no bags, cash only . Ill be going to family dollar from now on !!

Website says they are open until 10:00pm. I drove 30 miles there. And at 7:40 when I got out of my car, a very unprofessional lady said “ma’am, were closing”. So did she close at 7:30pm or did she not let me in the door because they were closing at 8:00pm and I still had 20 minutes? I only wanted one thing. I hate going there anyway because they always have so much on the aisles it’s like walking in a maze to find your way out. I was standing looking around one day and someone actually asked if they could help me. I said no, I’m just trying to find a clear aisle to get out of here. They need a new manager and need to update their hours

A dollar store that is always busy changing seasonal displays. The current manager (Tina) is courteous and friendly, as is most of her staff. I always find a bargain and enjoy the ability to usually get in and get out with exactly what I need or want. They offer good support for the community, and are becoming more involved.

I only give one star because I have to. The card reader is always broken and since Tina left the customer service is terrible. It is sad because in a small town in the middle of the country we depend on stores like this for a quick stop for things like milk and bread but rarely have cash and there is nowhere to get cash in this town.

Stopped at the store on the way to a friend's house in Yemassee South Carolina. I have been in several Dollar Generals and each one of them are notorious for being very very cluttered but this store was absolutely filthy nasty dirty gross. There was actually a dead mouse lying on the floor next to the bathroom door when I informed the clerk of this she didn't even seem to concern but acted like it was a regular thing. I am glad that I don't live in that area because that was absolutely disgusting and I don't have to go there again.

I Can't Gave This Store any ⭐.. This Store is terrible!! boxes in 90 percent of the aisle,Iam surprised they are still open. They need to unpack those boxes and put them on the shelves, before someone fall is seriously hurt themselves..

There are always boxes in the aisle and items are out of place. The store has been remodeled and has lots of new items but Customer Service is subpar to say the least. I shop there because it's convenient.

Walked in, was looking at something on the shelf when an impromptu store meeting about whether some witch hazel needed to be put up or not. They walked right between me and what I was looking at, didn't say excuse me or anything and had a minutes long loud inane conversation about witch hazel until I gave up on them ever moving out of my way and I just left the store. While this high level witch hazel summit was going on, the line was piling up at the front of the store. Typical. This is the only business model I hate more than Walmart.

Very very very dirty store, when was the last time the floor was swept and mopped? You can hardly walk down some isles because of the clutter. They need to be reported to corporate. I've never seen anyone cleaning everytime I go into this store.

Dollar General 's isles are full of buggies where you cannot look for what you need. Also they do not have the items you need for canning like jar lids and sure jell for making jellies.

Dollar General is a quick stop shop for breakfast groceries, and baby and kids food and toys. They also has the reload cards adding mins to phone once you purchase it.
