I absolutely love this place. I have a special needs doodle and the staff here is absolutely incredible. Their level of professionalism and patience is above and beyond. Our dog loves coming here and they do a beautiful job grooming and their day care services are awesome. I highly recommend to everyone to bring their fur baby here! Love them!

What an amazing first experience my sweet Khloe had!! She was comfortable as soon as we walked in and she did not even get upset when I left. They gave her a great cut and she was so happy! This is going to be our forever place for grooming and boarding.

Sharon and the Pet Lodge & Spa are AWESOME!! They gave my sweet girl a great cut and brushed her teeth, but most of all, they made her feel special! Our sweet Rosie spent the weekend at the Pet Lodge and Spa of Reidville while we were away at the beach. The entire team took excellent care of her. They allowed me to check in on her as often as I wanted via text and calls. As an added bonus, we were able to get a full grooming in while we were away so that she came home looking and smelling her best! Rosie will be back for sure!

If you are looking for a place where you feel like your dogs are safe, you have found it. My 3 babies have stayed here, they LOVE IT!!!!!!! Even my doggy that we got during covid who is always so nervous and shy, he is always running to the door to go in. Miss Sharon is AMAZING and her staff. I am so glad we found this business and we will continue to bring our babies here.

Took my dogs for the first time to Pet Lodge & Spa of Reidville this week. We just moved into the area and I thought the service was great, especially comopared to the cost. The staff was very helpful and I could tell that they genuinely love logs and care about their 2-legged csutomers too! :D

Seeing my dogs so happy and excited every time we go back at their lodge is the best feedback I could ever get! The place and people at this place are very friendly and make us all feel very comfortable whenever we need to have them there. I’m so happy to have them close to us, but even if it meant a long ride to their place, I would do it for my furry boys!

We took our Gracie girl here for her first ever grooming and she looked absolutely beautiful!! She was so happy, and was running all over the place. The staff and owners were also so very kind and allowed us to tour the whole place. Highly recommend this place, and we will be bringing our other 2 babies soon! Our aged Bichon was booted from a local pet store grooming dept. twice. Sharon and team at the Pet lodge and spa not only got Harley groomed in a timely fashion but the relaxed atmosphere, the results, and the entire experience (very affordable btw) exceeded our expectations. We will certainly be bringing Harley back for grooming to this pet friendly business and I highly recommend pet owners also consider bringing their pets for grooming lodging and day care.

Pet lodge and spa is an amazing place if you need a place for your cats to stay while you are away. We have used them two times for our cats Tyson and Pogo and each time our cats come back happy as ever! It is a family owned business and they are all so nice and always so happy to see our pets. We are able to go away with no concern of the safety of our pets! They send us pictures of our cats happy and playing. Our pets have their own cat condos when staying there but also get free roaming space in the owners living quarters during the day! They get to interact with other cats and sometimes dogs too! We wouldn’t trust anyone else but them to care for our cats! They really are the best!

I can not say enough about this spa! I have a 5 year old lab who can have anxiety when getting her bath. They are so kind and caring here! She comes home after bath, deshedding and nails meticulous! I will add that besides the kind staff the facility is so clean!! My daughter boards her 2 dogs and can't say enough about the care received!

This is my pups home away from home. We love it here. When you meet the owners you will fall in love just as we did. I will never leave my fur baby with anyone else. You meet as strangers and will leave as family. Don’t hesitate to let them take care of all your fur babies needs.

This is the only place in town where I take my dog for day care and would trust with boarding. She has been to a few different day cares before we found Pet Lodge and Spa. Every time she goes in for day care she always is super excited and comes home worn out from the fun!

My dogs love going there. The one thing I like is that the dogs aren't locked a cage. They are rooms that have access to go outside. Also, Sharon has been grooming my dogs for over 10 years, and she always does a fantastic job. She treats the animals as if they were her own. I highly recommend Pet Lodge & Spa.

Our Corgi's haircut was exceptional!Update for July 2023 ...My Chocolate Lab was groomed and a deep shedding was performed to remove extra fur. Kayle B. did a fantastic job, my Cooper looks so handsome! I definitely would recommend Pet Lodge and Spa of Reidville for all your fur babies' grooming needs.

Pet Lodge and Spa of Reidville took such great care of our pup! They sent pictures while we were gone so my seven year old could see his best friend while we were away. It was evident they loved on Greyson all week! They also pampered him and he looked great when we picked him up! We will definitely be using the lodge and spa services regularly!

We chose to bring our rescue Labradoodle and our Golden mix to Pet Lodge & Spa of Reidville because of excellent referrals from friends and colleagues. We are thrilled with the outstanding, flexible, professional care and attention received at their first visit. Both came home super clean, happy, and exhausted from a full day of pampering and playing with their new friends! Took my dog today for a grooming appointment. Was met by the owner at the door who gave me a full tour of the facility (without me asking). I immediately felt at home & so did my dog. The facility and property is a pet sanctuary, they thought of everything! Along with grooming, they offer boarding and doggie day care with nature walks and swimming if desired. So glad to have found this place!

I took my sweat double doodle to get her groomed. I was so Happy with the results. My sweet Paisley looks so good when I picked her up. They truly have a compassion for dogs. They not only loved on her, but treated her like there very own . She looked and smelled amazing.

Reidville Pet Lodge and Spa was such a great experience! It was my first time bringing a dog to a pet lodge and it was better than I could’ve imagined! When we dropped off our puppy we got a tour of the place and that was comforting seeing where he would be. We also got updates on how he was doing with pictures and videos which I loved! I know our dog had a blast and was well taken care of for a good price! This place is awesome and we will definitely bring him back if we need a pet sitter again! Great place!

Had the absolute best experience here! This was our first time boarding our dog and we were worried about his behavior towards other dogs and people. He is high anxiety and a little aggressive but the owners said it wouldn’t be a problem at all and they took him with open arms! After we dropped them off, they spent time bonding with him and playing his favorite game, fetch. They took him for daily walks and played with him. They also sent us pictures and updates. I couldn’t be more than happy! When we came to pick up our dog, he was happy to see us but now that he’s home, I think he wants to go back!Overall, the owners were wonderful and sweet and took all of our concerns with our dog seriously. They went above and beyond to not only make us feel comfortable but our dog as well! I highly recommend them and plan to use them in the future!

I cannot say enough good things about this pet lodge. They treat Bella so well and she loves going here. The owners are friendly and kind to all the dogs who spend time at the Pet Lodge. The facility is clean and welcoming. We are so blessed to have found a home away from home for our fur baby.

We contacted Sharon very last minute to have grooming done for our sweet heeler. Sharon was accommodating and kind to the short notice. She was able to get Winnie in and groomed the next day. Sharon was able to clip her nails, cut her hair and Winnie trotted out proud with an adorable bandana and a bag of treats! We are so thankful for finding Reidville Pet Lodge and Spa and most certainly will be back.
