Always a great treat, cold, warm, or hot weather. Their list is impressive, the staff is always polite and happy to see ya'. Thier prices are decently fair as well. Bring your kids and pets, they have something for everyone. Last thing I'll say is that they are not cheap on the syrup.

This is a great place especially on a hot day. The ice is shaved so thin and there are well over 50 flavors. They even have some games outside for the kids.

Mia and Toni have a wonderful business here and the most respectful nicest group of young people working there. They have so many flavors to choose from it honestly is the best snow cone I've ever had you must try it.

Omg their snowball cups are amazing. Everyone should definitely try my combination if you like a snowball sundae. Scoop of ice cream, cream, sweetened condensed milk, Hershey chocolate syrup, whipped cream and chocolate chips. Best combo ever and super delicious. Good friendly people to. 👍👍

I’m obsessed! There’s so many flavors you could come every day for a year and never get the same thing. My favorite is Georgia peach with condensed milk, just thinking about it makes my mouth water. 🤤 With the heat and humidity we’ve been having I’m making a point to come every weekend!

Have not actually tried their offerings but will definitely go back sometime. I was there for an outdoor Bluegrass concert they sponsored and went just to hear the group playing. I commend them on their effort to supply a little entertainment along with their wares. From what I saw most of the people there were enjoying their food. Also they were hosting a birthday party group at the time under one of their covered shelters.

Wonderful snowballs taste like Southern snow. This is actually some of the best snowballs just like the ones from New Orleans. Very fun place to come nice seating outside good prices family friendly what could be better? Outside games as well.

Went 0-2 @Tyger River Complex in 85° heat. Absolutely miserable but mane That "Tiger's Blood " with marshmallows made me forget all about. Definitely more clutch than we were earlier today smh. We had fun playing giant connect four and corn hole. Thanks guys for making our day a bit better!!!!

I love this place and the service is amazing!!BUT...I went tonight and saw that they have a trap to kill bees and there were HUNDREDS of dead bees....this broke my heart...I understand the place must be swarming with bees cause of all the sugar but there must be other ways that they can scare away the bees instead of killing them!! the bees need to be protected not killed!!!

First time at any Pelicans and it’s right down the street. This could turn into a habit! I had the Sour Apple, Sour Grape combo. It was awesome. Snowballs are what snow cones turn into when they grow up. Perfect mix of ice and syrup down to the last spoonful.

Pelican you got it going on!!! Hubby and I stopped here for a sweet treat... It had a unique texture with the ice cream in the middle, so so good. Will most definitely be back... I need another Snow Cream.

Its okay, definetly more "icey" than a normal snoball and the flavoring didn't hit all the ice. Sweet flavors too sweet, could be too much sugar water base. A bit pricey for snoballs but you get what you pay for. Maybe?

The people here are so friendly and their customer service is excellent! The snoballs are the best in the area! Closest thing we've found to the ones in New Orleans! So good! Can't wait to go back to this location!

Been to several Pelicans, and this one is, hands down, the BEST. The girls who work here have been trained very well and really go out of their way to make a PROPER snowball. Like being in New Orleans getting one from a local. Keep it up girls and yours will be the most popular Pelican's out there! Thanks for the great customer service and care.

Pelicans Reidville is by far my favorite small business ever! All of the employees are so nice and the managers/owners go out of their way to make sure their customers receive the best care they can recieve. 100/100 would recommend this establishment to all ages of people !

Well worth the drive. This location offered 30 bucks for 20 dollars. If you go more than once this is a GREAT deal
