I had a good shopping experience, everything I need was there and I could actually walk around. No boxes or merchandise in my way. I think cashier forgot to put in my body wash I paid for I might have forgotten it. I called the store the first 3 times it ringed for a long time after they didn't answer I called again and call was being rejected. I just wanted to check if my body wash was there. Ole girl needs an attitude adjustment, and to watch the customer service video a few more times. Ridiculous have to play like I’m the cashier to even have eye contact. She just started a couple months ago, always on FaceTime on her phone while dealing with customers. Her friends come in and they’re all loud. Talking from across the snack isle in the middle going towards the freezer isle. The customers are the ones who ask how’s her day and to have a good day when they walk out. You’ll walk up and wait for her to greet you but all she does is ring you up give your receipt and that’s it. No have a good day, hello how are you. Nothing.

Very spacious and clean store. Prices are great and plenty of merchandise to choose from. Hard to shop at the backside of store due to it's a hangout for boxes blocking isles and store staff are busy standing around talking to each other. And one staff kept following me around like she thought I was going to shoplift or something. Made me not really want to look around or shop. But! Other than those 2 bad things. I really liked the store.

Great deals and a really nice selction of comfy clothes. I bought some things here prior to starting chemotherapy and they're so comfy I wear them constantly. Staff is friendly and welcoming. The store itself is probably a little too small for all the merchandise they sell, but staff does a good job keeping it as clean as possible!

I rushed in about 20 minutes prior to closing time to get several item's I needed for my husband, whom is battling cancer. These two ladies working that night were so sweet (reminding me in 5 min intervals of how much time I had left to shop before closing) Although it was nearly 10 pm and they were tired and ready to go home, they were still professional and kind. They had no idea the kind of day I'd been through, so their kindness meant more to me than they'll ever know! (And no...neither of them were treating me so lovely because of my husband's cancer, as they had no idea until I was leaving the store. (That's another story for another time)I truly wish I could recall the name's of these ladies! Thank you!

This is the worst customer service experience we've had in a while. In a hurry I realized we needed a plain white tee for my son's kindergarten project so my husband ran in and grabbed a package of tees. Upon getting home and opening package I realized there were holes through all the shirts because of an anti theft device that had been on the package. So, my husband returns to the store with the receipt and within 15 minutes of purchase. He speaks to the same lady who sold the shirts and removed the anti theft device only to be told they will not accept a return as they can't sell the shirts. Ummmm, they shouldn't have been sold to us in the first place, that's the entire point!!!! So, finding that unacceptable he asks to speak to the manager only to be told that this woman is the manager. So, he points out that they should not be selling these shirts with holes to any customers and he asks for corporate information. Her reply.... "Corporate is the one who makes us put the anti-theft devices on." This experience speaks for itself. Why would anyone shop at a store that sells defective merchandise and then refuses to rectify a problem they caused?! Also, might I suggest a little manager training 101 for this lady!!!!

Outside & inside look like third world conditions. Tried to checkout & employees were outside smoking. Thought I gotten their attention but they continued to smoke. Left!!

They sure don't practice social distancing in this store no lines for 6ft apart. I had a lady stand so close to me she was breathing down my neck, i'd move a bit, trying not to get so close to the guy in front of me and she kept moving with me, i finally had to tell her to stand 6ft away, she moved back a little, then the man in front of me told the cashier, i'm not even worried about that as the cashier laughed, as i was checling out this broad starting coughing, i looked at the cashier and told her, exactly 😠 she didn 't seem to care. Sure won't ge back in that store!!

This store looks like a tornado went thru it. All stock in boxes on racks or sitting on floor to be put up shelves are empty.people there to get a paycheck not working. At all accept to take your money

I'm giving Family Dolloar in Woodruff 5 stars because when I was in thier, there was a very sweet lady and she was saying how kind we were and also they helped use out so I just want to say thank you Family Dollot
