Always a pleasure to be able to get what you need quickly. Stores have better layout, but sometimes messy. I don't blame the workers entirely, the shoppers don't seem to mind disrupting things and then just walk away.

This used to be a great store but every time I go, they are out of stock on everything. They have it in the back room, but the shelves are usually empty. Disappointed too many times so I try not to go anymore unless I ABSOLUTELY have to. Which is bad for me because it's REALLY convenient to my home. Now I go all the way to Greer by Hwy 80, off of Hwy 101.

Its Dollar General. Yes it was very clean and a very friendly staff. The only thing i could see, an its not the staffs fault, the general pubic has a tendency to throw cigarette butts on the ground around the entrance. I think if they put a smokers outpost in it would decrease this greatly. Other than that if you want a happy shopping experience by all means stop in and see them!!!

The dollar general in Reidville manager is extremely rude! Yesterday I went in and they had items on clearance and if theprice isn't in the computer correctly he will not allow the employees to adjust it correctly. He hopes you pay full price and not be aware until you get home and check your ticket. There are 2 employees there that are polite. Jacob and Kaylyn when they leave so does me and my money sad they can't ever keep good employees the turn over is huge. The bonus is turnover on managers is quick too! Sammy stays outside smoking and not working so hopefully he'll be gone soon! And his rude customer service here can taker somewhere else. I've talked with many people he treats everyone the same. No one needs to go spend their hard earned money where its not appreciated! Go somewhere else with it😉

Convenient location, but they have supply issues compared to other Dollar General stores nearby. Always running out of juices and other common food and drink items. Boxes are partially blocking several aisles, which makes it difficult to use the carts. The cashiers are helpful and friendly, and will let you know how to save with coupons or specials if available.

The employees are clearly never happy and don't bother trying to fake it. I have heard employees speaking badly about other employees to both other staff members and customers. The ONE TIME I received great customer service was from an employee who temporarily transferred from another store for the day.

There's always racks in the isle three or 4 people outside smoking cigarettes laughing and joking making fun of people that walk in nothing is priced right and they act like it's a problem if u walk up to the register to check out trash all in the floor nothing is ever done here and the people are never the same must be bad management

The self are never stock and thier alway boxes in the way taking up most of the walk way. The people who work thier are very helpful and the inside clean but the parking lot got a lot of buts frim cigarettes. I don't think they have enough people working because you have to go fine someone to check you out.

Good place to pick up bread or milk. We often shop here for coffee creamer, paper products, snacks, and the like. Prices are better here than at our regular grocer's or drugstore. Employees are always helpful and friendly.

The store is suppose to be open at 8am, however I have been waiting outside the store along with 3 other people and at 8:27 am, no employee has yet to show.

The one on main street in duncan needs to be more organized it looks like nobody keeps it stocked up there not friendly at all .the store is always messy.they need to smile more.didn't they get the memo this is the South they need more hospitality just saying when asking them something they to be kinder and compassionate more like jesus is I shop there alot so I know what I'm talking about 👌

These employees need training on how to help customers. Three employees were at the door, smoking, where customers had to walk thru smoke to enter and exit the store. The line was LONG and it took a while for them to open another register. They were rude and the opposite if friendly

The only reason i rated it a 3 stars is cause one lady not sure if shes a manager or not. But she has been rude to my wife several times we have started going somewhere else

Not too much good to say about this store. Other than it's always a mess in the store. Empty boxes all over the floor ..very rude service from employees, especially management. But definitely cleaner than most dollar generals

There is nothing on the shelves. When you go to just pick up one on them in the whole store is changed for the better but they don't have it STOCKED WITH NOTHING. Went the Friday and to my surprise it was CLOSED and it was only 7:15.

Dollar General might seem like a tiny neighborhood store but is a major competitor of Walmart.Because... they carry basic needs & conveniently located near just about everyone

Staff are friendly for the most part (didn't enjoy hearing a staff person in conversation using vulgar language and laughing, (probably should have waited for lunch break behind the building?), but store needs to be cleaned/organized.

There was empty shelves you couldn't go down the aisle I always spend over $200but I could not find anything because the shelves are empty the store is lacking in help. The store is dirty you may as well close that store down .

This store has really gone down hill. Rarely have things in stock. Staff are always in their phones while checking out customers with family members. I know its the dollar but at least try to show some customer service.

This DG is my store. I go there regularly. It has been remodelend most of the shelves stocked, unlike the way it used to be. It has new management and it's very obvious

One maybe there's nobody in the store except one person maybe one in hideing or one or three out side smoking store is never stocked boxes siting in isles all the time you go in to get something and it's never there because it's in boxes in the floors..I go to that particular one because it's close but I'll be driving else where because I'm fed up with all the smart *** employee's especially the black headed girl from New York....!!!!!!!!!!!......

The Dollar general in Riedville but it's aWoodruff address is the best Dollar general within a 10 mi radius of where I live. It's always neat, fully stocked, mostly never out of things I buy all the time. I really like the Dollar General in Woodruff South Carolina. The store is actually in the town of Riedville
