I'm hoping a manager sees this. CVS was closes at 8:55. Doors locked. I needed one thing they could ring me up in that 5 minutes. When your story says close at 9:00 they really shouldn't lock the doors until 9:00.

Twice during the height of COVID-19 me and my family were turned away by a rude woman in the pharmacy. Once we had an appointment and the other time was a walk in where she snatched the sign that said "walk-ins are welcome" down right in front of me with no apologies. Just looked at me like I was an inconvenience. As a matter of fact she told me that they didn't have time to deal with me and my family. Most of my family had already left CVS because the customer service and accuracy was slipping to say the least but I continued to patronize the store, but no more.

The trash is always overflowing at this location. Commercial products are sometimes 25-35% more expensive than the local grocery store. The customer service element is non-existent and they do not keep staff behind the checkout counter and you have to ring a button for someone to assist.They seem to be very unmotivated and the shelves are partially empty and what little they do have is expensive. It is apparent there is very little motivation to make this location seem respectable.

My doctor office transmitted 2 prescriptions. CVS claimed never received. I checked with the doctor office showed prescriptions sent and received by CVS. CVS stilled claimed not received. I went back to doctor office and was told they were talking right then. Returned to CVS and was told no communication with doctor office. I returned second time to doctor office . Doctor office gave me written prescriptions. I returned to CVS. Clerk at drop off told me to wait. I waited several minutes with still no help. The clerk was so rude. I live small town no other choice for prescription unless I drive more than 20 miles.

I called a week ago (July 9) for a prescription refill. They said they were out and needed to order some, and it would be ready the following Monday (July 12). Ok, no big deal. I had about a week's worth of medication left anyways. It was never filled and I called Tuesday the 13th asking about it. They said the needed to order it and it would be ready today, Friday July 16. I call today and they once again told me "we don't have any on the shelf, we need to order it and it will be in next Monday."They didn't order it the first time, nor the second time, and I highly doubt it will be ordered the third time. These could be life-saving medications that people NEED. If you don't want to do your job and do your job correctly, QUIT.Highly unprofessional, careless and frankly, dangerous.
