Most of the staff is great but being ignored by the pharmacy staff took the cake, 3 people and no one acknowledged me til my patience wore thin and that was to tell me someone would be right with me. No one else was behind me, no one in the drive thru, I shook my head and left without my prescription. I may switch to another pharmacy.

Carolyn S is the worst pharmacist. She is unprofessional and not helpful. I waited in line for 30 minutes while she talked about her personal life. When I asked her a simple question she acted like it was above her.

Here we are again at this low down Walgreens. I need my medicines and they're out and have no idea when it's coming in. I suggest and urge everyone to find a new pharmacy and put this one out of business

Been going here for years and it’s going down hill. Switched from cvs to here years ago, and I’m switching back,,. they say my meds are ready, I come, they’re not ready. I’m pregnant and need iron, md prescribed me iron… I talk to pharmacy they can’t fill the whole dose, I say ok I’ll take what I can get. They say 30 mins. I go, they say they don’t have it in stock we will have it tomorrow. Go tomorrow, they don’t have it till Monday now. That on top they blocked A med from the ER because the pharmacist didn’t think it was safe?!? The md prescribed it!! What is going on Walgreens?!? Get it together!!!!

This pharmacy is the worst Walgreens I have ever dealt with. They anticipate nothing and there is always a problem with your prescription regardless of what it is. I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. They tried to tell me our insurance doesn't cover a certain medication when really they had two separate profiles and they were looking at the incorrect one. Their managers are never to be found and the pharmacy is always a cluster. They could use more training and revamping to be successful.

I usually try not to give bad reviews, but the truth is the truth.When I picked up my meds through the drive thru, I had a question about one of them, but there were people behind me so I just paid and drive back around.When I got back to the window, I gave the clerk the whole pack, which I hasn't even pulled apart, and told her I didn't need the one I had questioned her about.I couldn't get a refund because I had took the meds, eventhough it was still stapled together with the receipt and all I did was drive around the store.

I wouldn’t go here if my life depended on it. Because they would let you die in line and not know how to dial 911. If you are trying to get anything filled, or refilled, be prepared 3/5 days in advance, have your doctors office on dial, and clear 2/3 hours to wait.After waiting on them to open, they said their computers were down, then they were out of the medication. Sent me to another location where they did not call like they said they would, and they had the medication on hold at their location still. I was there at 8am, I received my medication. At 11:43am.

Every month the pharmacy messes us my prescriptions. My meds are 30 day supply and on months that have 21 days. They will not fill. I have to go a day without meds. Bilo always had my prescriptions ready. I used Walmart for a while but we live futher away and I hate to go inside. The last 2 months 2 different meds have been shorted on pills. I'm picking them up tomorrow and I will count them before I leave counter. I have used this store due to convenience for 6 plus months. When my prescriptions come due for refills I will go else where. The staff acts like they hate to be at work and I have never received a smile or how are you etc. BAD PLACE

Waited in drive thru pharmacy for 30+ minutes on a Monday afternoon with only 1 other vehicle ahead of me. If I didn’t have my young children in the car I would have went inside.

They told my husband that they took his kind of insurance. We got there and claimed that they weren't set up to take his insurance although they told us on the phone that they did. He wasn't able to get but 2 meds of his and his meds are vital. I'm transferring his and mine to CVS. I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy for anyone;

I went there to get my 2nd dose of the COVID-19 shot and I would say that it wasn't that bad like they say and I didn't have any side effects afterwards either. I'm glad that I got both.. although I said I wouldn't get it

Horrible customer service from the pharmacy. Very rude and 3 months in a row they have messed up the refilled prescriptions and get an attitude about their mistakes. 0 out of ten, will not use again.

Carried 40 mg prescription to Walgreens to be filled. When i picked prescription up they reduced prescription to 20mg.contacted them they said they couldn't change it because it was in the computer. It had already been filled.
