At Palmetto Animal Hospital in Williamston today, our Boston Terrier Mini needed a vaccine. Afterward, our baby needed a pacifier to calm her nerves. The vet staff were quick and courteous, and the waiting area was clean. I noticed a sign that read if a candle was lit, that someone was saying goodbye to their pet. How thoughtful of PAH to have a way to let other folks know when to be more respectful 🙏 🐕

This is the vet who takes care of my dog. They also took great care of my dog when he was in heart failure. This is the only vet whom I trusted to send my sweet Gizmo to heaven when he was morbidly ill. Recently, our neighbors who were a self-proclaimed “rescue” moved and abandoned around 30 cats. Being that it is practically impossible to work with PAWs limited TNR schedule, we will be using this vet to neuter the cats. Hopefully, we can do one a month as our finances allow and none will get pregnant in between. It's a shame that animal control in Anderson County will not help us. So much for our tax dollars at work. These cats were abandoned by cat hoarders. It is a nightmare trying to take care of someone else’s neglect, but we have no choice.

I've been taking my Frenchie, Stella here since I got her at 8 wks. The staff here are wonderful. They're always excited to see Stella, and she is never afraid. Everything is always clean, smells good, and is organized. I love that they're so close to my house and that they send reminder cards for checkups and vaccines.

They were so good with my baby tiger they all loved him there took good care of him. They didn’t care bout the money they was more worried bout the pets there. I love it. Although my cat hates the vet. Lol

The vets here are amazing.The techs they are always so kind, and you can see the love that they have for our pets. I'm so grateful that we found them. We adopted a shelter dog that has some major skin issues. It's taken us months of working with Palmetto Animal Hospital, but we finally figured out what was going on so that we can keep our four time adopted out and returned shelter. girl. All 3 of our rescued dogs love going here.

I absolutely love Palmetto Animal Hospital. They are the only bet office that I will bring my Loki too. They were understanding of the grief we felt when our cat got really sick and passed and with Loki they let him work at his own pace and let him get used to them throughout the visit. 5 stars isn't enough to show how great they are.Loki is feeling much better after his visit too.

Love my pups vet. She is very kind and answers all my questions. Also they have a puppy package for new pups that is very reasonable. My pup gets all her check ups and meds under that program for one fee.

the interior smells bad and is quite filthy -- which is surprising for a "hospital", and the receptionists seem abrupt and not particularly welcoming,.... and they made us wait over an hour and a half for a 2 minute consultation because we were 14 minutes late due to following directions to the wrong address.. (it's Boulevard not Road)... (gathering from the sign about fines for missed appointments in the room we spent most of the waiting in; i guess that was some kind of punishment? Surely, while the next client moved into our appointment time, surely we could have slipped into theirs?!). While we were growing more concerned and getting stressed on the extended time and missing work, we discussed the possibility this wasn't even a place for cats -- every sign and poster, certainly the overwhelming odor all seemed relevant solely to dogs... but then a vet came in who happened to be an understanding, trained and knowledgeable cat owner and enthusiast. YAY! We'll give it another try and see.(maybe it's not as filthy and stinky earlier in the week?)-- Hopefully, this first impression will be replaced by an endorsing review of their services! 🤞🤞🤞

Dr. Lewis is an awesome veterinarian. Her staff is courteous, very efficient and shows empathy. Dr. Lewis and her staff took very good care of our Thomas aka Manman. As well as excellent care of Pumpkin, the LilDevil. I would highly recommend Palmetto Animal Hospital for qualitypet care!

The front desk lady is rude! She looked at me and rolled her eyes as I waited my turn. As if I was bothering her. I'm giving you my money for a service what's the problem? The dog groomers and doctors are wonderful but that front desk personnel is horrible . The only reason I go back is because of the other staff. Fix this please

The front desk seemed a little pre-occupied to offer a friendly greeting. No hello just "what's your name",? The Vet and Vet assistants were very friendly and caring, prompt quick care. Going back in 2 weeks for follow up care.

My kitty's would is healed after an antibiotic treatment. Recheck Yesterday he got his rabies,de-worm for prevention and 1st of 3 flea vaccines. Darn sand fleas were ingested when he bathed himself. The vet and her assistants were wonderful with him. He he rolled over to show off, as if he was saying thanks 😊 recommend.

This place has ALWAYS been a great veterinarian clinic. They have always taken care of all of our animals. Took my 9 year old dog in for his shots and I was worried about his anxiety about losing the other dog that we had had in the house since we had gotten Brody. The vet took her time with me and explained to me that this is normal. She is so sweet and caring. So thankful that the office is still in good hands.

The vets and staff are nice, but there is always a wait. This past visit, I waited over an hour past my appointment to be seen. The appointment was made 3 weeks prior, so I feel like they just booked too many appointments on top of it. Waiting room was full and every new person that walked in had to stand. Not built to have more than 7 people in the waiting area. Luckily no one had any large dogs at the time.

I took my two sweet mutts to this clinic and was treated like I had Top line in the Kennel Club. They enforce the mask mandate, seriously. Please come in wearing a mask or prepared to dawn one. That is to ensure they keep their professionals safe and ready to care for our pets. Great staff, wonderful vet, fair prices. Thank you Palmetto Animal Clinic!
