I made an appointment a week prior. When I arrived I was told she didn't know when she would get to my pup. She acted like she didn't know anything about my apt. Her kennels were full of other dogs barking so loudly you couldn't hear. ( I had no desire for my pup to be shoved in a kennel all day ) She groomed in the same room (which I'm sure made most of the dogs very nervous)one puppy was in a harness suspened in the air unattended !!! She doesn't require proof of shot records or kennel cough. Very unorganized and after not leaving my pup she messaged apologizing with reasoning of having another person in the same shop with her causing some of the confusion. I debated leaving this review due to it being a small town business however, I hope this will help her see things from a customer perspective.

Everyone here is awesome and my puppy; Dobbie; loves to be there!!! He gets so excited when he sees he is going to Ms. Stephanie his tail starts wagging and he gets so excited!!!!

My dog Shadow went in for a Bath and nail trim and I was happy with both. He smelled great and it was affordable.Thank you!
