We have been going to this family dollar for awhile since it is so close to our home, but this time our experience was horrible. The lady with the long gray hair and glasses was so rude! My husband, daughter and I were shopping and my daughter was walking down the Isle looking just like any other child would. The other cashier had rang the bell needed help and the lady with the long gray hair came up behind my daughter aggravated I guess because my daughter didn't realize she was behind her. I quickly told my daughter to step out of the way. The cashier with gray hair and glasses didn't even say excuse me or nothing. My daughter quickly got out of her way and said I'm sorry, but the cashier didn't acknowledge what my daughter had said. I try to raise my child with respect and when you run into people like this that don't like their job and are so unhappy it just shows my child that not everyone was raised with respect and that there is rude and unhappy people in this world.

I agree, the store employees are some of the nicest you will meet anywhere and very helpful....even when they are having a bad day. I've been shopping here regularly for the past 2 years and I would recommend this store to anyone without hesitation.

I have always enjoyed the convenience of this location but I will be taking my business to the Dollar General a bit further down the street due to the VERY rude, unhelpful, snarky LITTLE girl running the check out. Do better Family Dollar!
