Went to get my money back on a Bluetooth speaker. Only had for a couple days and wouldn't hold a charge. Was told I couldn't get a refund, even though I had the receipt. She said it was store policy. Asked where it stated this and she points to a sign. After reading the sign still didn't see any policy. She then comes over and lifts up the cookie sign to show a full list. The manager was not pleased because of me questioning her, so just left with all the customers also in disbelief. DID READ THIS WHEN I GOT HOME AND STILL NOT SEEING ANYTHING ABOUT ELECTRONIC REFUNDS. Y'all be careful buying electronic stuff from Family Dollar.

No one was at the register when customers were ready to ring there things up. They would rather open boxes near the register and laugh.

Very disappointed! I have been to all of my local Family Dollar store locations (three towns) for months now trying to purchase 6 packs of Diet Dr. Pepper. EVERY TIME I go there, the shelves have been completely cleared out by convenient store owners to resale in their stores. There should definitely be a rule or regulation or at least a limit on these so that everyone has a chance to purchase them . I would buy just as much as they did.

I used to work at a family dollar so I know how it goes and how you’re supposed to treat customers. I got what I needed today and went to the checkout line, the cashier was having a long conversation with the lady in front of me and the line had about ten others waiting with only one register open. She scanned my item too many times and had an attitude with me about it, even though that wasn’t my mistake. I told her to have a wonderful day and she had a snarky reply. Very rude and unprofessional, I don’t know if I’ll be back to this location the family dollar down the street is much better in comparison.

It was okay. I guess I just had slightly higher expectations because of it being one of the newly constructed locations (I think). Manager training employee seemed less than eager to do so, didn't seem very interested in speaking to customers... Selection of products not the worst but still could likely be better.

Barely anything on the shelves once again, I don't know if their manager just isn't ordering enough or if customers are just going nuts in there, but it makes it hard to shop when there is nothing left! Store is old but seems clean. staff are friendly sometimes and then act like your bothering them sometimes as well.

They have the worst service here!! I have been like 5 times since I moved here and it is awful. They don’t wanna let you use coupons, anything from the medical section I try to buy they can’t “ring” up and the managers can’t manually put it in for you! They need better people working there. It’s awful!! I’ll never go back again. Breanna is nasty and not professional and also the blonde lady with glasses!!

Was looking for an electric heater tried to call the store and no one would answer the phone when I called ended up making an unnecessary stop because they didn't have any heaters had to go to the family Dollar by the jockey lot , getting a little tired of the stores in williamston not getting any thing, if there not gonna get anything we need they need to close

Its convenient and while i was there a customer dropped a 12 pk of coke. The cashier went to the back to get a mop as she should've. However, the water in the bucket was nasty. You could smell it all over the store and she literally mopped the floor with thst nasty soured water.

Rude manager and unfriendly environment in its whole. Only nice employee I've encountered was short, young blonde girl. Very bubbly and personable. That is single reason for even one star.

Omg my first time in a long time going in a Family Dollar and it was clean and very organized and the workers Brianna and Alicia were very helpful and welcoming I will definitely only ship at that location.

Wont be shopping at family dollar again! Your manager atb the Williamston location was very rude to a lady and refused service to her because she couldn't wear a mask due to health reasons!! So unprofessional and rude.. Dollar store will get my business
