As a person with integrity, it's very hard for me to share my feelings. But I'm done with this place after years and years; thousands and thousands of dollars spent. I got another bad experience. I was provided two prices for two used tires and was told the two tires can not be separated, so I understood that, and the owner took my money and the deal was done for that price!! I asked if I needed a receipt to show the shop guys?, I was told "NO". I was in the shop for about an hour or so and when it was time for me to depart the shop and turn onto the roadway, I heard someone screaming and yelling for me to stop, as if I had stole something. It raged me, but I kept my composure!! He stated to me that "you only paid for one of the used tires", I told you I couldn't separate them." So I later say to him, "Then why did YOU charge me that price?, knowing you wouldn't separate them. It was very much hurtful and embarrassing, knowing I have been a LOYAL customer for years!!!! His guys are great, but I'm absolutely done with this store... I have no ill will for the business, but I NEVER EVER want for someone to make me feel like a theft, especially, when I'm there for honesty and have spent thousands and thousands of dollars there, since I was a teenager!!! Blessings & No ill Will.....

Went this weekend, very last minute needing tires for a larger rim and they had them in stock, they offered to do it immediately that day, as well as, exhaust work we needed done asap. They worked hard and quick, so thankful for Doug and his guys!!

Been yo this place a few times, very good people had 1 bad expertise one of the guys forget to do something took car back he did not make excuses nor try to twist things around to convince you it was you at fault,the took fill responsiblity for the issue, and took care of problem, don't see that often with others. Trust and honesty in my eyes is 100% thank you guys ,that old school attitude isn't seen to often. Great work.

I contacted the shop because it comes up as tire shop on Google search. I caught a flat tire and was looking for shops near me. I called the shop and they were closed. The owner I'm assuming called me back and proceeded to ask me why would I be calling a repair shop this late and was very rude. I would not recommend.

Unfortunately my tire got a nail in it late last night, I wanted to get it fixed as soon as possible but didn't know where to go. I am always a little skeptical of places I haven't been or heard of. With a recommendation from a family member I stopped at Doug's to see if my tired could be repaired, not only was it a friendly experience it was a quick and easy one too!

Oil change service is great 5stars.Got new tires put on and balanced the guy let my rim fall OFF my car crack my center cap and put 2 dents on my wheel(very small not big deal) so I tell the owner he comes out looks and does NOTHING says "well" NEVER go for your tires.

I had my truck towed in because it kept cutting off on me and I was told my carburetor was pouring out gas. I had the guy that rebuilt my carburetor go back through it and fix the issue. He returned it to Doug’s speed shop and they continued work on it. I told the guy I wanted a tune up along with the carb, timing, and valves adjusted. I was told my truck was ready and it had a bad skip on acceleration due to a worn camshaft lobe which would be $700 just to swap the camshaft not including parts. I was told the plugs were changed out and that the old wires were good so they didn’t put the new ones on. My fuel filters weren’t changed or my valve cover gaskets weren’t changed either. The next day I woke up to drive my truck and it was running worst than when I took it in. I called another shop to ask them to take a look it at and he refused because apparently Doug’s speed shop called him up there to take a look at it and they couldn’t figure out what the issue was. I paid $360 for nothing basically because my truck was still down. I had it towed to Victory Lanes Motorsports in WestPelzer whom fixed my truck and told me that the carburetor and choke was just way out of adjustment. So I would’ve been out of $1000 andmy truck still wouldn’t be running because the issue was in the carburetor instead of the camshaft. I’m not saying that these guys don’t know what they’re doing, but this is a very bad experience for myself. Be careful!

I purchased a set of tires and rims they looked really good for 6 month's then the rims began to rustI went back to the owner Doug he said steel chrome will do thatHe never once told me that at time of purchase I had the money to buy any wheels he had he being the owner should have told me thisWhen I went back he acknowledged he knew it but he just blew me offI had always thought of Doug's as the bestBoy was I wrong he is no different you will get screwed and he will turn his back and walk away

Was told they couldn’t do alinement On my car because I had to have a certain amount of weight in it and need a certain amount of fuel and the only place I could take it to was a dealer ship I have never in my life Heard that my car needs a certain amount of gas todo a alignment 😂😂
