I do not fault the employees for this whatsoever, this is addressed entirely to whoever is running the show.If you cannot afford to staff your store, you cannot afford to operate. If you can afford to staff it and choose not to, that is even worse. Entirely unfair to both your employees and your customers.

If I could give a negative rating, I would!! The store NEVER opens at 8am as it's supposed to. The manager parks her car right at the front door.. when she finally arrives. The entire property is NASTY with dirt and grime. They never sweep the front sidewalk or put up stock. If you want to find anything, you have to dig through the boxes that came off the truck. As a result, I've quit going there. If you go to the Family Dollar down the street, they just had a remodel of the store and it's nicely stocked.

The store says it opens at 8 AM there’s four people in the parking lot, and the employees are not opening the store yet there’s two employees here why? They finally open the door at 8:30 I’ve been sitting here for 40 minutes. I think the person managing the store needs a little more punctuality in their life

This store needs new employees and managers. It so dirty. It never looks clean or there is never anything put out or up. Open stuff everywhere on shelfs. Really? How you expect customers to shop there?

Clean, open later than anywhere else nearby, still had 2 registers open 1 hour from closing so the wait was minimal. You can get those late night snacks, or must have at a price much more reasonable than a convenience store. Nice, friendly staff. Would recommend.

Had a return that was over a month old. The item was no longer on shelf. It Had been that long. But luckily it was still in the system and the manager was good enough to add my often back to his inventory to allow me a exchange. Dollar General always gives me great service with good values for the basic needs items i shop there for.

Love this store! Always stocked well, the workers are super nice,& this is my favorite DG to go to out of all I've ever been to bc for 1 they carry a buttload of additional products Ive never seen in any other DG's. #2 - They stay open until 11pm every night of the week and ever other store Ive ever been to or around closes at 10. So, now you have the facts. It's up to you to decide for yourself.

I love this particular Dollar General. The store is always so clean, everybody who works in this store is always so nice and helpful, and the biggest bonus is they stay open till 11:00pm every night instead of 10pm like the rest of them usually close.

Most of the staff is friendly, store is super annoying because they make you wait in a line with like 10-15 people and only one cashier 😠managers will walk right past you and go outside to talk or smoke with eachother and won’t help unless someone says something or they feel the need to. A lot of the time it’s hard to find what you want

I bought 86 in product and gave a hundred said they could not take it . If u don't have 12 dollars in change u need not to be in business and the ones stocking up all the empty shelf's in there had attitude when u went down the rows won't go. Back

Since this store has been "rearranged", it is horrible! You can barely fir a buggy down the isles, must less a buggy passing the opposite way. They always have so many boxes of stuff and random buggies parked everywhere, you can't even see half of what they have. On one visit, I had my buggy on the pet isle, trying to get supplies. There were 3 female employees just standing in the middle of the Isle talking. Didn't bother to move, stop talking, or even acknowledge me there. Couldn't even get all my stuff because they wouldn't move. On today's visit the line was horrible, there was only 1 register open. I asked the cashier if there anyone e who could open the other register to help her out. Told her that there were at least 8 people behind us (I was checking out), lined up half way through the store. This was at 4:30pm, just when alot of people are coming in after getting off of work to pick or 2 items up, and they have 1 register open! The girl called to the back of the store to get help, and got no answer. Nobody came to help her. I asked if they had cameras to see how backed up she was, she said yes. It didn't make any difference. She was still left by herself, apologizing to everyone behind me. It will be family $ for me. The staff at DG is rude also, not all of them, but most of them!!

We shop at this dollar general all the time. The staff is always so nice to us. When my wife had back surgery they always asked if there was anything they could do and they would always ask how she was doing.

I think that I've shared on this place before and it wasn't my favorite place, but now they have done a wonderful job on all things that they should have done and the associates working there that night were extremely nice and knowledgeable of the customer and what they were asking for

The employees are nice here, but this and every other dollar general i have been in lately is a mess. The shelves aren't stocked, products in the floor and they never seem to have enough help! Get it together DG

Were extremely Rude & Yelled at me& my Service dog Charlie! He has proper Tags& Identification ! It was very uncalled for& embarrassed a small bit when my friend had a panic attack due to situation! STILL HAVE HAD NO RESPONCE OR REPLY TO MY EMAIL!

I used to go there a lot and then all the sudden I got busy at work and I didn't go back anymore but every time that I did go there everybody there was very friendly with me there was this one girl in particular that complimented my height and my Man of Steel shirt she really caught my attention and I wish I had gone back to speak to her but I never did. 😭

None of my wrapping paper wrang up at 50% off. Didnt realize that until I was already at home. This isn't a problem of the store. I'm sure the price changes come from corporate.

I mean, it's a dollar store, what can you expect? I actually went there for board games and didn't find any good ones. It's not a bad place but, it's obviously not high quality either. Lol.

This is an interesting place where basically Factory rejects or over stocks are sold at a lower price. There's Furniture there's home appliances there's some groceries and OTC medicines.l you can also find yard tools and appliances and poisons for ants Etc. This was an interesting place to visit and I did find what I was looking for.

Wouldnt even give this place a rating of 1. $5 off $25 the ripped me off and refused to make it right. Also cashier (older lady manager) smokes infront of the building all day and ober half the staff is rude.
