I stopped in. Not knowing where I was. As we sat in the truck,getting a feel for the place. People were walking out and mean mugging us. Didn't take us long to figure out that we were the wrong color for this establishment. So we went to the next town for steaks!!Ha !Your loss 📉

We are camping in the National Forest and on a rainy day decided to go out to breakfast in Whitmore. We found Cafe on Main online and truly enjoyed the omelets and friendly people that owned and ran the restaurant. It’s a cool small little town definitely in need of some TLC but has great potential. So close to the Beautiful Sumpter national forest with so many outdoor fun things to enjoy .

My family and I were passing through town and stopped for a bite to eat. We found this restaurant on Google, seen high reviews and figured to stop in. The service was pretty good considering it was a slow, Sunday afternoon so service may vary depending on when you go and what time. The food selection was good if the grills were fired up when we went. I would have much rather eaten something cooked fresh instead of food left under a heat lamp buffet style. The drinks were cold which was a bonus. The food we ate left much to be desired. My fried chicken was juicy, crispy, and warm (not fresh hot out of the fryer), the mashed potatoes were as cold as my drink, the broccoli casserole tasted good but could have been warmer. The banana pudding is what saved the day. I would have been perfectly happy paying $10 for banana pudding and been completely satisfied.

That man in there was obnoxious, making rude comments about a shirt I had on. And he was loudly trying to talk over me.. Never again. The waitress said he had something to do with the Cafe,, they need to get rid of him.. The hamburger was pretty good. I ordered tea, and I still don't know what was in that cup. Whitmire has really gone down hill. Not like the town it was many years ago when I grew up here.

I absolutely love their food especially their flounder fish plate it weighs a ton & the prices are great it's awesome I go there all the time I love it!!! I highly recommend you this place in this little town. And for me it's the best one of all of them and there's two probably three more I believe right around the corners but they are the best five stars if I could give them 10 I give them 10 awesome awesome place

Miss Rohnda is amazing and a great cook! This is like going to grandma's on Sunday after church for lunch!!! My kids love this place and miss Rhonda! You won't be let down here !!!

I never miss Sunday lunch! Great food, nicest people, waiters, owners, servers, cooks, EVERYBODY!! Sometimes eat there during the week also, just as good!

This place has went downhill. We have tried several times and at different times(breakfast,lunch,dinner) and it is always not good. With it being a small town I don't mind giving a few chances but we definitely won't be back again anytime soon.

Food was awesome. Service was very friendly. Everything was reasonably priced, which makes it well worth it. Afterwards, we were in the car and still raving about how awesome it was 10 minutel later.
