I can honestly say this was a big purchase that we were nervous about but after working with y’all it was SO simple!Let me also say - Danny Robertson is THE MAN! This guy was easy to approach and I completely respect the level of product knowledge he has having been in sales for a large portion of my life. Didn't actually visit the tractor side but did eat and the farm cafe that is attached to it and man was it great. We met some members from our jeep group there for breakfast and they accommodated us great, took great care of us and it was just all around a perfect morning!!! I purchased a small GC1725M from Powell. I've added a tiller, grapple and skid plate. Powell comes and picks up the tractor when parts arrive, each time I have it back within 24 hours. I have to say they make me feel like a guy who purchased a large piece of equipment even though it is a garden tractor. The tractor is small but it does better than I thought it would on my small acreage. I really like the small town friendly service when they know who their customers are.

I have been doing business with Powell Brothers Tractor and Equipment since 2009 when they were in their former location off Hwy 28.They have been servicing my Polaris Ranger for 7 years. I have complete confidence that they are going to repair and service only what is needed and at a fair price. Whenever I bring the Ranger in for servicing it is turned around within a few days and back running like a champ !There are closer Polaris dealers to my home that are more convenient to get to , yet I choose to drive the extra miles to have Powell Brothers work on my machine. Why ? Because they are straight forward, courteous, honest and timely in addressing my service needs. Take yours there too, you won't be disappointed, it's worth the extra drive !

Excellent service I live 2.5 hrs away so taking my tractor in is not necessary a good thing so when I called today they put me on the phone with the service guy Mike and me and him went through some things he looked in his manual's to get my tractor back running over the phone great service when I bought my 2017 gc 1710 tlb and great service now thanks.

Tried this company when we bought our first new tractor, nothing but issues and bad customer service. Glad I didnt make the same mistake for our second new tractor and went with Yanmar instead, so far couldnt be happier with Yanmar.

If I could rate 1/4 star I would..4 guys at the counter couldn't have been bothered by a guy wanting to look at tractors. Walked around outside a few minutes after one guy out of four acknowledged I was there. I said "hey I'd like to look at some of your tractors" he kind of shrugged and said "ok" and went back to the computer. I wouldn't bother with this place

Jarred Powell was the best and most upfront salesman I've ever met. I called him and needed my GC1705 Massey Ferguson delivered all the way to Asheville NC!Jarred said no problem and had the tractor setting in my driveway 2 days later!!!I love my Massey Ferguson tractor and have received the best of service.I'll be bringing my tractor top to them no matter what for it's service intervals.Thanks again Powell Tractor!!!!
