This office is amazing. Dr. Magley and all the associates in the office are the most professional and informative. They all care for my 2 cats and my big fat Dog and they all have wonderful attitudes and manage to get our little critters quick appointments whenever there's a day of emergency. They are quick for follow ups and really love all the animals there. Shout out to Gilbert the welcoming cat that is sure to calm any nervous human or animal upon arrival. Thank you all so much!

We suddenly found ourselves fostering 2 huge dogs that were in need of some serious medical attention. I called Magley, and Laura completed a new patient packet and got us in quickly the same day. I can not sing their praises enough. Super friendly staff and Doc Boster was great with them. These babies are on the mend. I highly recommend this practice.

I was absolutely blown away by the care at Magley’s Animal Hospital! I brought in my 5 month old puppy (who was in critical condition) & they immediately helped me. They made space for me to come in and they treated my puppy and I with a lot of care and kindness! Dr. Magley was very caring and professional! She asked for my thoughts and permission on everything she did with my baby! You can tell everyone that works here genuinely cares for our fur babies, I absolutely love this place!

I must say, the staff is very nice, and the facility is clean and well kept. One of their techs is especially kind and knowledgeable and I was able to look past a lot because she was so reassuring. If you have a younger animal, I suppose this could be a good place to have them treated. However, if you have an elderly animal, I do not suggest coming here. What should’ve been a routine tooth extraction in my 13yo cat escalated into weeks of return visits and unnecessary difficulty in healing.

We take all of our pets to magley animal hospital. We recently had to have our cat (Tiger) euthanized bc she was having trouble breathing. We didn't want her to suffer anymore and they were able to help last minute. They have a candle in office with a message to please speak in soft tone bc someone is saying good bye to their pet when the candle is lit..which is very sweet and empathetic. We also received a card from them for the loss of our baby and it warmed my heart to know that they cared enough to do that. Magley is a great place.. highly recommend

Left another vet that I had been with for over 25 years. They changed too much. Stopped caring about people's pets. Magley made my dogs feel right at home, attentive to what we want and what our pets needs.

Everyone has always been kind and helpful, they take great care of Luna! Luna is an almost 10 year old GSD who does not like going to any vet, but they handle her well!They were also helpful to me when I needed to bring Luna in, and I needed extra help due to a broken arm.Highly recommend.

Not always nice or compassionate, don't help dogs well when need it, can't cancel appointments because like committing a crime!! I had to cancel few times due to work or my mom being in hospital for days and weeks due to nursing negligence so I spent days in nights in hospital but they didn't care. Plus in a car accident couldn't work or walk, put on shoes or drive or no car cause was totaled. but they didn't care. So now me and dogs are not allowed to go there anymore. I always paid my bills. Doctor gave my one dog increase of insulin he died 2 days later from low sugar& seizures!! He died because it was too much insulin! He started seizures & gave him apple juice with syringe several times but he died!! I had told Dr. Maguley it would be too much insulin. It was after hours & was unable to find a vet to see him & give him glucagon!! How was I suppose to drive to Greenville emergency hospital driving with my dog seizuring??? He should still be alive if listened to me too much insulin & if some vet cared to help with his low blood sugar. I called all over oconee to find one to help!! No vet in oconee cared!! No compassion at all!! This county has the worest vets & staff!! I have 2 dogs that has gone blind due to dry eyes & medicine given never helped but they would not doing anything different!. One dog suppose to have cancer but was never given pain medication until I asked for it! So don't go there. No compassion for dogs having major problems, my mom being sick & died in February this year & me in bad wreck with bad injuries. Now I have to find another vet. Some staff were always rude too so I had to be some because of the uncaring & for dogs & me! Was upsetting and wrong. Good luck if you go there. Shame vets don't care. They all need to get out if the business & oconeee county public offices need to seek new ones. Read reviews on all these vets here!!

I will never use this place again. They were nice but did not do right by my little girl. I took my elderly rat terrier/chihuahua mix in as soon as the office opened on July 3rd. I knew in my heart she was dying and I made it very clear when she was being checked out that I didn't want her to suffer and I realized it could just be her age seeing as how she was over 12 at this time. I won't go into all the details but after a day of them keeping her to do tests and fluids I came back to pick her up in worse condition than I left her. I was told she still needed to be on fluids but their office would be closing and no one would be there to watch her that night or the next day so of course I told them I didn't want to leave her there alone so I decided to just bring her home. I was told to monitor her and give her water if possible with a syringe. I knew that my baby was not going to make it. Her breathing was labored which I asked about and was told it was from the valium she had been given. She was totally lethargic which again was from the valium they said. Her blood sugar was so low that it wouldn't even register on the test monitor. I was told that her blood sugar was 40 when they initially checked it when I brought her in at 8am but they didn't check it again until right before I took her home when it wouldn't even register. She had also had a seizure at lunch that I was never called about and I was told that I would get a call if anything changed. I was told since they would not be open that night or the next day for the 4th holiday that I could take her to an emergency clinic if she got worse so I left with my sweet little girl snuggled in a towel with an IV port still in her front leg. She died 30 mins after I got home in my lap. I watched her struggle to breathe before her little body just gave up. I brought her to the office so she would have a peaceful death but instead they racked up a bill and sent her home. Shame on your office! I hope by posting this that something like this doesn't happen to anyone else!

I took my cats here and they're professional, quick, and made the process as easy as possible. Everyone that I have spoke to at the hospital has been so nice, understanding, and full of knowledge. I always ask a lot of questions and they took the time to answer everything I had without rushing me. Will be the only vet office I use from here on out.

My 13 year old puppy had recently begun limping and couldn't go to her usual vet, so I took her here. They were able to fit her in very last minute and nicely listened to me jabbering on about my pup. She was born with a collapsing trachea, and I appreciate that they knew how to deal with that and took efforts to avoid aggravating her condition. Molly stayed with them all day because my appointment was so last minute, and Dr. Jewell called me at around 2pm. She said that Molly definitely has arthritis, but understood that, despite her age, Molly is an active girl who loves to run and chase squirrels. Dr. Jewell very kindly listened to more of my anxious jabbering and was extremely helpful with planning the next steps. Molly was put on some pain reducing medication and is now doing much better. She is still far from a full recovery, but her pain is reduced and her beautiful smile and personality are back.Molly was 3 months old and extremely sick when we got her from the pound, and we have tried to give her the best life imaginable. She is the sweetest and smartest girl who only listens to those she trusts, and I am so grateful that Dr. Jewell and her team took such great care of her.

Very affordable vet office. I had something happen (NOTHING TO DO WITH MY CAT AT ALL) and they helped me resolve it. I was very heated due to the error (again NOT REGARDING MY CAT) and they took care of it the best they knew how to. Today is one day after my cat's spay and she's doing FANTASTIC. I'm glad I chose this office.

I have used Magley for a year now, but I intend to find a new vet. I had a senior dog and had to call a lot for medication. The ladies that answer the phone are not the friendliest and 9 times out of 10 you don’t even get a goodbye… they just hang up. I’ve dealt with all 3 vets on staff and I feel their knowledge is mediocre at best. The last and final time for me, Dr. Magley didn’t even complete a full exam. When I expressed my disappointment after my visit all I got was “oh ok, well call us if you need anything”. My poor pup still has issues since Dr. Magley did not address the issue, so therefore I will gladly take my money else where to ensure I have a caring vet and find a vet that does not have ran down facilities.

Roscoe is our first pet. So this was our first time needing a vet service. Magleys was awesome! They are practicing a safe social distance pick up. Everyone was great from making the appointment, collecting info, instructing after care and also following up to check on his recovery. Thank you all for taking good care of him! Highly recommend

My husband and I have a 6 year old schnauzer named Grady who is a big part of our family. We transferred his care to their office about 2 years ago. We have been very happy with the care he has received. They are very professional but yet they have treated our pet with the utmost care and respect. We never have to wait very long and their office is always very neat and clean. We look forward to having a very long relationship with Magley Animal Hospital. I took a dog there that a lady had given to us in our neighborhood. I didn't know anything about the dog except that she was adorable. They gave me her age and what type of dog she is. I took her to get examined and to have her vaccinations up-to-date. I thought their service was good and direct, not a lot of wasting my time nor theirs. Her appointment took place in a timely manner which is greatly appreciated. I will be taking her back in a few month to be spayed by Magley Animal Hospital LLC.
