Good store. But in the deli section if they could just get rid of all the flys back there buzzing around the food I’m going to eat that would be great. They do make a salt gun just for that scenario. Thanks

The cashier ( Shirley)is always great to see and an asset to that store. She answers any questions that I may have and should she not know she will get someone who can. It is always nice to shop at this location.

The deli needs improvement. Have been in twice to get subs and both times were disappointing. First time the bacon was burnt and veggies were poor quality and had been out too long. The lettuce was wilted and was turning brown.Second time, no sub bread to even make subs. Both times were early afternoon

The place was nice but really small. When I went to use the bathroom there was an employee inside, so I waited for a while, when he came out he was upset with me for not taking the smaller stall, so he turned and pushed the stall door open hard then barged out of there without washing his hands. So when I left the bathroom and headed out I saw the man again in the MEAT SECTION touching the meat, when I walked passed him we made eye contact so I just gave him a big wink and walked off.

All I can say is they're high in my opinion..I don't shop there unless I need something quick..also my daughter got some Mochi ice cream, she opened them in the parking lot. Needless to say, they had been melted and refroze...she went back to get another box and they were the same way.. everyone had melted and ran to the other end of tray

It's not one of the larger stores, but it is well stocked, clean, the crew is helpful when asked, good sales weekly & plays the best music in town! Plus I get gas points, filled up for $1.59/gal this week!

Clean, well stocked…my only complaint was the way the store manger (Mr. Patrick) was speaking/reprimanding the deli employee. He was very demeaning and rude. Shocked, myself and another patron were in total disbelief. One comment was “…won’t bring you in on a Sunday because you are just too slow.” This kind of discussion, professionally, should be in private! Very degrading! Very embarassed for her ! Much more was said but won’t go into it here. Just thought someone should know!

I've been going to the hot bar for couple years. I've notice the last 3x I've visited it looks horrible. My husband refuse to eat from there now. I've worked buffets before and they do not keep area clean or stir there food. I came in today and they had burnt gravey bc they wouldn't stir it. It just looks horrible. I wish they would start taking pride in their buffet so we can eat there again!

I love love love this grocery store!!! My husband and I were in town for a job and went to this grocery store which I do not have in my own city. Super friendly staff excellent deli super nice people and the chicken salad was awesome I love their chicken salad!! The staff will go out of their way for you, it's very hard these days to find people that work in customer service wanting to go the extra mile for you without you even asking. I wish I had this grocery store near me but every time I go through a city with an Ingles I'm going! I highly recommend it

I've been coming here for over a decade now and 95% of the time I've had very good customer service experiences but at times I've also had to deal with snotty angry employees at check out. In my personal opinion management needs to train their employees in customer service or look into hiring older more experienced employees instead of so many young girls that have absolutely no customer service skills at all. As a prior business owner and co owner of another business I would never allow my employees to act the way some of the very young female employees at Ingles do.

The aisles are hard to navigate, and the food selection is slim in a good amount of aisles. The staff were lovely though, along with the customers that the place seems to attract

Too hard to find 'best by' and/or 'expiration' dates on produce. PERHAPS, deliberately. Maybe they are holding back the freshest produce for a day or two LATER. Thereby causing customers to choose previous "leftovers"! IDK...

Manager & Staff and all the help are all very nice and friendly. But this store needs to be remodeled. Especially the bathrooms, plus they are not the cleanest.

The staff and groceries were good and plentiful. However the property as a whole needs a major overhaul. Having been to many newer Ingles properties around the region this one has lagged behind in layout and visual appeal.

The bookkeepers never come out. They have to be called like two or three times just to come out of the office. Some of the younger cashier's are so rude that it's just ridiculous

This store has the worst service ever. I went to the deli and ordered a pound of ham. The woman who took my order then spent five minutes talking and hanging out before she got the ham out and unwrapped it. Once it was unwrapped she went back to talking again. At this point I was only waiting out of shear disbelief. She then realized the wrong meat and went to find the right one. I just gave up and left. Six employees behind the deli and I could not get a pound of ham.

Terrible service in the deli. Clearly a young man came out of his mom's basement to get a job and didn't even know how to make a sandwich and the other employees didn't bother with training. I literally had to coach him through it... Finally stopped him after he tried to mash it into an undersized bag and just ate it at one of the tables. Sandwich was okay because basically I made it other than falling apart from attempted mash. My wife just bought junk food after watching and skipped the sandwich

Whenever we visit Westminster we go to Ingles for our groceries. It's a great store to shop in and their prices are good. The staff is so friendly too.

The store is nice, and the people are nice as well. The only problem is the 6LB Boiled Peanut cans are on the bottom shelf which makes it very difficult to get more than one. Bilo's stocks theirs on the shelf at chest level which makes shopping easy for something that large. Like I said before the staff is great though.

Normally well stocked but due to shipping they were not hardy stocked at all. Almost all budget priced foods were out of stock. Also under staffed at the time. Was hiring but not enough people putting in apps.

A very nice grocery store. Everything you need all in one place. Great prices, great service, and an amazing pharmacy. Also has a Starbucks as well as a sandwich shop, and Chinese food. Buffet style. The employees go out of there way to ensure fast, efficient, friendly service, and that's really appreciated and something not seen at other places. Highly recommend this Ingles for shopping, as well as a nice place to sit and eat, and grab a nice cup of Starbucks.

This store is ok. The staff are bit slow to serve the return till. I used to see good offers before but not so much these days. I only go in there when I need to. It's not my favorite gocery store.
