Will never step foot in their stores again..... I got a ace gift card from Amazon and they are telling me I got scammed and their main office wouldn't even look on amazon to confirm. Worst customer service ever..... just wanted to add I went to white Jones ace hardware in anderson sc and they took care of me with no issues.

As I've mentioned in the past, Tri-County Ace is awesome. The staff are always extremely helpful and knowledgeable about what they sell. I have yet to be miss-informed at any Ace store. Great job folks!

I can't stand how people whine and nit pick on reviews. I am not one to complain, rather not review at all if I can't leave positivity. A regular customer of this ace, and always have good visit. I normally have my propane tank filled easily, even right before closing. This time I was turned away and told the propane service closes ten minutes prior to the store, Pretty sure I could have filled it myself with time to spare. And how is this known? Not online anywhere. pretty sure it was ten minutes before closing, as I probably wouldn't have gone in anyway because I also can't stand when people rush a store at closing time and would have been earlier if i could have. It's rude to the employees. But it is also rude to turn away a paying customer that politely expresses the importance of getting propane on a cold night, this being the only place around to get it on Saturday. Laziness and carelessness is the problem here, especially after having waited for the cashier to finally finish with the customer before me. Tricounty, I can, in good faith, no longer spend my money at your store. I was counting on you and you didn't come though. I am sure this review will be the only notice of this policy, if it even is a policy. Spare me the fake sorry like I was given at the store, it is insulting. Gonna be a cold night.

They sold me a $60 belt and it didn't work then said I'd have to go to a different store to replace it. Didn't fool with it. Otherwise prices are super high but it's a clean store.

Went in to buy propane. James was very helpful. He got us signed up with the loyalty plan and filled out tanks for us. He taught me a little bit about propane tanks and safety. We will definitely be back!

Nice selection of spray paint, fairly priced. Not as cheap as Home depot, or Lowe's but a much wider selection of colours. Knocked off one star because the sealant I was purchasing was not found in the system, which caused a delay in my checking out. But the store was clean, the staff was friendly, and very helpful. I'm sure I'll be back in the future.

It's really nice to have an Ace Hardware so close. When I'm doing a project or need something to start a project, and don't have time to go to the other, bigger stores, they usually have what I need. Employees are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Will be back (probably 5 times this week, lol)

The had a lot of cool things ,as female is nice to know I can asked for help. But this store, the employee was helpful but in general they all look very grumpy not even a faked happy to least hide emotions from customers. I'll probably go to Seneca store. A lot more friendly.

Always a friendly staff to greet you as you walk through the doors. Although their prices are usually a little higher than Lowes or Home Depot the service is almost always better here.

I only go there occasionally. They are to high on prices for me. Had a charge account there for 30 years never missed a payment until one day the cashier screwed up on my payment and left 12.69 on the account. I left that day and was told the balance was paid in full. 3 months later they were going to have me arrested because I had not paid it off. So I do not shop their for much,only when that is the only store that has what I need. Very poor customer services.

Great little hardware store will most all the essential items for home repair, maintenance, and outdoor living. All perks of a chain store (website, etc.) but the employees definitely deliver a great hometown feel. These Ace employees are most always supper helpful and polite. Their quick to ask if you need help and most certainly will lead you to what your looking for. Don't hesitate to shop here!

Good friendly folks with great service, but plumbing parts are often sold out. No 1/2" couplings for black pipe AGAIN. Very convenient not to drive to Seneca, but I would love to see better inventory control.

It's hard to find fault with any Ace Hardware.Update. I have stopped here countless times since my original review, and have yet to be disappointed by any visit to ACE. They have always been my go-to source for parts that I can't seem to locate anywhere else.

They are usually nice people this last time In the store we lost track of time and they were closing, One employee asked if they could help us find something we replied we were just looking and they walked away, then they shut the lights off on us in the area we were in! I have vision issues and was almost blind! When this happened! They should say we are closing please check out! This was very unprofessional! To top it off the 2 girls at the counter one I knew worked there for a while I have seen her there before, While we were at the register the newer girl started hitting on the other (in a inappropriate way) while we were checking out! I don’t know if this is OK with Ace Hardware? This type kind of Public display of affection has has no place in the work place! Especially beyond a Hello,

It was very easy to purchase topsoil and mulch.... I told the clerk at the cash register what I wanted, paid the bill while another employee loaded the soil and mulch into my CRV. It was a no-hassel, friendly trip. ACE IS THE PLACE!
