It was one of my favorite Dollars Generals!!! Customer Service is especially when (the redhead)is working, is outstanding!!!!😎. She's professional and very friendly and will go above and beyond to help with whatever you are looking for. Imma find another story. BUTT........ The redhead is not there anymore. They were so wrong for letting her go. She is/was the best cashier THEY HAVE HAD IN AWHILE. THEY NEED TO BRING HER BACK ASAP!!!! I know alot of people went to that store just because of her.BRING HER BACKBring her backBring the redhead back.!!!!!

Always able to find most things I'm in need of at Dollar General. On my last visit they only had 1 young lady working. I had seen her at register upon entering store. After gathering my selections & going to register to check out, I waited for several minutes for someone to check me out. I had to search thru store, seeing no employees, I asked another customer if she knew where I might find someone to check me out. She directed me to back of store, where I found young lady putting up stock. I told her I was ready to be checked out to which she replied, I'll be there in moment, have to put up stock.After returning to front, I waited for 3 to 4 min. when she did show up & by this time 3 more behind me to be checked.No apology.NOT GOOD PRACTICE, to have only one young lady, due to safety.Have to wonder how many walked out, without paying for items??

Dollar generals are such convenient stores. We use ours frequently for quick small items. Would give this store five stars if it caried sun drop, but alas, it does not. So four stars is all I can give.It is a good clean store, the staff has always been friendly, and other than sun drop, it has always had what I was looking for.

The staff. Is.awesome in Salem south Carolina now that Peggy has been replaced. And it's cleaner and fully stocked now at all times with the items we've begged for Peggy to keep in the store.. Thanks for the change of employees

I cannot believe how they talk and treat their employees I have never heard an employer that talks to their employees the way they do it is disrespectful it is bullying and it is degrading I will never step Foot In Another Dollar General again I cannot believe that they allow that kind of behavior to go on there if I was there employees I would be calling labor board and Better Business Bureau immediately and I will be making a call to the corporate office letting them know exactly what I witnessed and what I saw the managers the store managers of that store need to be fired I'm just lost for words I cannot believe what I just saw and witnessed store managers names are Tracy and Christy and I will be going to corporate office about you guys

Salem SC store needs more help.. Because stock is not on the shelfs it's in the damn boxes in the floor... Now how is that it's called plain damn crazy. And its 10 minutes from my house.. But I drive to the one on hwy 11 which is 30 minutes away..

The girls working there are Great !! Always friendly and very helpful !! The store is always super clean and stocked and looking nice !! The customer service is what keeps our community coming back !!

It is the Golden light of the DG that makes me feel safe in my neighborhood. What would one do without their milk, their water, ramen, crackers and cheap wine? The DG has it all. Now, if only it could be a DG+!!

I was surprise how much stuff this place has. They have a nice cold food section and a variety of other foods. The best family dollar I have been in. Felt like a mini Walmart.
