I like CVS and I think most people like this one. Ever since a few good friends left I have not really been in much because the management is not the same. Granted it's better than the CVS in Pickens. I absolutely can get along with anyone but the manager in Pickens who was a man is worse than the one in West Union. It's cost them my business. I was looking at a spray tan, just looking...but when someone I thought was so nice and pretty made me feel like I was doing something wrong. I have no room in my life for such negative looks and energy. I decide where my money goes and once you treat me poorly I decide to look elsewhere. Money is tight in my household so to go to CVS in Pickens and find out I was charged $222.00 on the same credit card three times I still have problems with Pickens thinking about how mistakes happen. Then again I've been a cashier and I have been a manager so I don't have to wonder what is right. I have a great sense of what to do in any store situation but talking about someone (Pickens) over charging constantly, not knowing how to do their coupons , I wish I could get paid for bringing their mistakes up to them because I'd have some money then. I always liked CVS but I now go elsewhere. Maybe in another town or city but in Pickens CVS Oak St. and West Union CVS I have lost enough that I will say the pharmacists at both I think I will always respect. They just don't seem like part of a store, ....almost a separate entity.

One star is being too generous. They never have anything in stock, whether it be medication to general items in the store. Pharmacy staff are very rude and act like it's an inconvenience to fill a prescription. Switching to Ingles pharmacy from now on✌🏼

Absolutely terrible customer service. After 2 days trying to get medications after my knee reconstruction surgery they kept giving us the run around. They can't fill this, or need to get verification from doctor that... they never contacted doctors office like they said they would. Shut drive up window in my wife's face completely unprofessional. We are never coming back and we urge everyone to go somewhere else.

This pharmacy has been soo frustrating since I started going here. The drive thru takes WAY TOO LONG to get through. They are so slow. They have promised me my medicine by a certain time and then after I wait in line at the drive thru and get to the window they say it’s going to be another hour or so. The pharmacy staff has been very rude on numerous occasions. Recently, a staff member accidentally dropped my debit card when trying to hand it back to me because she was preoccupied... her response was “my bad.” I then had to get out of my car in the drive thru and search for my card, which had landed underneath my car. Meanwhile, she never sincerely apologized once. I will most definitely be transferring to another pharmacy because this place has offered me nothing but frustration and unprofessional experiences.

Getting them to refill a prescription is like pulling teeth, your own teeth!They never get the call in refills so you have to stay on hold and actually talk to a person and if anything goes wrong they WILL NOT call you back and tell you.My refills are short all of the time. Especially if it’s my dogs Trazodone.It’s definitely worth the short drive to CVS at Bountyland if you have to use CVS. I just had all of my family’s scripts moved to ExpressScripts.

I’m a Type 1 diabetic. I called the pharmacy on a Wednesday and the pharmacy assistant told me that my insulin would be ready the next day at 1:00. I went to the drive thru at 3:00, the next day, Thursday, and they told me they were out of my insulin. It would be ready at 3:00 on Friday, the following day. I even asked, “Are you sure my insulin will be ready tomorrow? I have to have it.” She assured me that it would be ready to be picked up. So, I go back the following day, Friday, and they do not have my insulin. No phone call to notify me either times that it was not ready. No apologies. The pharmacist and assistants seemed oblivious. I will not give this CVS any more of my money.

Mixed up my prescriptions, promised things would be filled and then didn't have them ready, charged me different prices on different days, and always act like I'm troubling them when I ask for them to make sure something hasn't gone wrong. There's only one pharmacist I like, and I haven't seen her in a while. Headed to Walgreens for next months medications, this CVS is awful.

Most of the pharmacy staff I’ve encountered are very rude. Very slow at filling prescriptions, and to ask any questions seems to be a huge inconvenience for them! Not sure why most of them work there if they’re as miserable as they seem to be! Probably will be transferring to bountyland cvs in Seneca. From what I hear about them, they are friendly andget things done quickly. My brother says he’s never had a negative experience with the one in Seneca.

I was passing through the area while traveling to Atlanta and could not have had a worse experience. I bought 3 items and all 3 I later found during my drive were out of date. The items were starbucks coffee (coffee even has a long shelf life, but not long enough for CVS), trail mix (I found out when I ate it and tasted how out-of-date it was), and Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream (incredibly freezer burned with a very unpleasant taste and smell. I can't believe this store is even open! I am a person usually able to give the benefit of the doubt, but literally every single thing was grossly expired. I will call the Manager when I have time.

Went to get my kids perscription only to be given half of them. Three of my son's perscriptions were in the bag with no medication but given another mans perscriptions. When i called after going through them at home telling them that the perscriptions weren't given and one of the workers there named Megan gets an attitude with me telling me I was wrong and that it was given. When clearly it wasn't. Then after being on hold forever they somehow found it elsewhere. I was understanding and told them it was fine that I would come get it the next day. Well I go tonight to pick them up and they told me it's marked as sold and they have no clue who I'm talking about and then said the Megan girl had said it was picked up yesterday!! It wasn't picked up by me and the manager got an attitude and told me it's to late for her to pull cameras and she wouldn't call the other manager to find out. So I will be making the 4th trip tomorrow to find out where my sons medication apparently disappeared too. And another thing Megan was logged in under a Joshua on the receipt and tried telling me I'd see she was the cashier, and she handed a Jeffrey Smith's medications and all of my kids stuff without signing or receiving a signature or payment first. Furious I'm having to go for the third day without my sons medicine and wasting gas and time to go back and forth for people who are rude and can't get their act together!

Pharmacist was the rudest person ever, I just simply went to the counter to ask a question that he refused to answer. I then decided to call and ask for the manager to make a complaint. They answered I asked for the manager and she said she was the manager, then asked me to hold and she hung up on me! Living in Walhalla I will now make the extra 15 minute drive to Seneca for Walgreens. I will NEVER go back in Walhalla CVS again.

Great product selection. Prices vary on the border of ridiculous and bearable. Used the pharmacy for years; not the speed of a Ken's Pharmacy, but the professional/corporate atmosphere you want with possibly life-saving medication while retaining the friendliness of a Moon's Pharmacy.

Worst service ever. Brought prescription an hour before I picked up, even though it was promised in 15 min. When I went to pick up it still wasn’t ready after an 1hr. They will get you to circle around like 3 or plus times and dispatch others faster. Rude personnel on pharmacy side.

Mary is truly a wonderful asset !!! Five stars for Mary, Bob, and Megan! This is a nice store, clean and well stocked. This is a nice chain of stores, scattered throughout neighborhoods in the south. I pass by others however, to come to this one because of the service of these employees ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Needs Said...Thank You !!! Thank You !!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Pharmacy is always slow drop off a script at 1 and told it would be done by 4. It is now 530 and still not ready. If i could rate less i would. This is constantly the way this store is.

I have a lung problem that keeps me from wearing a mask and was treated like I had a disease and could not shop there or be in there with out a mask . The lady working at 3:00 on 9-19 was wrong on the way she treated us.
