I have been taking Romeo to Ms Val for 13 years, and my other dogs before that since the '90s. She is always done an excellent job. They are always happy to go. Romeo gets very excited when we pull up and he knows where he's at. Could not ask for a better groomer or group of people. I would never dream of taking any of my animals anywhere else!

HiI have used Vals Pretty Pets for years.I would bring my chihuahua- Princess there to get her nails cut and trimmed.I would call ahead to find out a convenient time to bring her in.I have always received- prompt, reasonable price and good customer service.Sadly, Princess passed away a few months ago.I recently got a new chihuahua- Max.I 've already taken him for his first visit to Vals to have his nails cut and trimmed.I would definitely recommend this company.

We were greeted by friendly staff that took our Goldendoodle in for the works! When we picked him up at approximately 3:45, he presented him to us. Our dog looked and smelled fantastic! Would definitely recommend their services!

My sweet beagle was very clean and had his nails trimmed all for $30. Thank you for an excellent customer service experience as I got the service I hoped for, the price was reasonable, and you squeezed me into your already busy schedule even though it was my first time there. Great place to take your dog for grooming needs. Staff is always nice and friendly to you and your animals. I usually get an appointment in a day or so, sometimes the same day if it's something small like nail trim. Great prices, wish they took debit cards but it's not that big of a deal. It definitely won't stop me from taking my dogs, lol. Always quick to answer phone. Highly recommended checking them out!

Our toy poodle was very matted. The prior grooming service we used had canceled 3 times. Vals was able to schedule us right away and Andy did a wonderful job.

Put my mini poodle in the man's arms at 8am. He calls me 7 Hours later to tell me my dog is stilllll not ready AND it's going to be an extra $20 because she's 'matted'. She had recently had a bath and her hair was curly. I just wanted her cut short all over but had to pay an extra $20 for nothing! There went there tip! They should have let me know as soon as he felt her fur if he thought she was SOOOO matted!! Thankfully I'm not from here and will never have to bring my dog here again! I'm not dissatisfied with her haircut, just how I was treated.

They did an okay job with clipping my dogs nails but as someone else said on another review, I was pretty disappointed with the way I was treated.The young man who assisted me stated that he refused to take my business again as he “only has little old ladies” to help. I’m not sure if he owns the store or if his manager knows he is refusing business to customers.I’ve had his nails cut many other times before at other establishments and only got smiles and quality treatment. Change your heart, or change your profession.

My dog came home with a total flea infestation!!Plus he charged me 50.00 to groom my 10 lb yorkie because he said it took 2 people. How many people does it take to groom a 10 lb dog?? He will not get my business again. It has cost me $$$$ to get rid of these fleas!!!

Absolutely love the way they take care and groom my baby Toby. He is high strung, but they are patient and I am disabled and they assisted me on getting him back in the cage.I love the cut, and TOBY SEEMS TO LIKES going thete tooHighly recommend.

These folks are awesome! If your little ones need their nails trimmed, and won't let you do it..these folks are amazing! ! (And fast too!!)...only 10$!..he'll brush their little teeth too!! (No more "stinky kisses"..lol)

Always take my dogs there to get a quick nail clip and today I decided to get their teeth cleaned our Italian gray hound has had bad breath for a few months now we have cleaned brushed and everything it took them 10 minutes and 10 dollars to fix the problem there was food impacted in his back tooth. Best 10 bucks I ever spent this place is awesome

They did an awesome grooming my little Shorkie. She had matts and instead of just shaving her they took their time and she was groomed with shears and looked adorable!
