This one has a very good selection of various items, and prices are comparable to other Dollar General stores, so those are the good things. However, the customer service is very much lacking. Most times I visit this particular location, it seems as though most(Not all) employees are just pi$$ed off or something, and that's the reason for only three stars. Overall, it's a decent place to shop, especially for quick, last minute trips. Hope this helps!!

I enjoy having the convenience of having a general store right up the road. Even though this particular store usually never has stocked shelves and are usually out of the items I go looking for. Most the employees obviously hate their jobs because it shows.

I say this store is open to the public and is just like the rest of them.you can't even push a buggy around with our knocking stuff over. But warning these folks out here will knock it off and damage the product. So it' gets thrown in the dumpster and then they go back after hours and get free stuff right from the dumpster. That's almost as fresh as we have to buy it. Well I'm not the one who has to judge them. But it is true

This Dollar General in Waterloo, SC is wonderful.. The employees are always nice. The store is always clean. The reason for all this is because of one person that welcomes every customer that comes in the store. Don't think your going to this Dollar General to steel or fob, because she will definitely have your butt locked up, this will be the store manager, she's tuff and she is the nicest person I have meet in Lauren's County, so go over and meet her at Dollar General in Waterloo, SC just ask for store manager, if she is working most likely she is waiting on you.

It's always fun taking my grandkids to DG the staff interacts with them while I shop if I'm having trouble with them. They ate all.nice but the most wonderful.two are the manager Angela Brower and Tiffany Evan's. They are both wonderful

as usual the Waterloo Dollar general has absolutely nothing on its shelves or in its coolers. nothing is where it's supposed to be, they don't even take stuff out of the boxes anymore. If you can avoid going here at all costs it's worth it to drive to a different location.

70 percent mark down on all remaining Christmas items. Kids toys with blue or yellow dots are buy one get 2 free! Great experience! We always love going to the Waterloo Dollar General!

Angela the new manager is awesome! Cecil and Jennifer are also great, all of them go out of the way to make sure you have what you need and toake shopping there a pleasure!!

Love DG but it's very dangerous if you don't watch your step. It's ALWAYS cluttered with trash and/ or boxes. Lots of items aren't available when it's advertised. It's very cheap though if you can stand the clutter.

I love love love dollar general in Waterloo the employees always help you right then when you need help and most of the time we don't even have to ask there so friendly and it's just one of the most welcoming places you'll every go to because we I go in there I feel at home the employees are so nice!

don't waste your time going to this dollar general. You're better off going to the one in Cross Hill or greenwood they never have anything and the employees and staff there are terrible.

Nice little store in a small town. It's another 20 minutes to the nearest grocery store so this place is actually pretty convenient for picking up the essentials.
