I was in deep thought about what gift to send to my 3d grade teacher who impacted my life. I have sporadically stayed in touch over the past 30 years and have sent flowers and cards but I wanted something SPECIAL this year…she will be 88. I Googled singing stuffed animals and was surprised that such a gift could be personalized. I knew just the song that I wanted to send but still wasn’t sure of the quality of the stuffed animal and whether this was another “all about the money” internet scheme. I sent an email request for contact and expected to hear back “within 24-48 business hours”. I was contacted within 4 hours. The rep was friendly and very patient as I grilled him about the product. By the time I got off the phone, I felt confident that what I was wanting could be created and delivered. After placing the order, I had second thoughts on the color of the stuff animal that I had chosen and decided to take a “shot in the dark” at requesting the change by email. What do you know!? I received a speedy response AND was able to change the color! I was also happy to see that the gift will arrive on Monday…just in time for her birthday! I was so pleased with this experience. I ordered the digital download of personalized lullabies. The songs are special and original, and personalizing them with baby's name will make this a very special gift. I had two small issues with one song having small blank spaces in parts, and another where the music was a little loud for the vocals. The company is very communicative, and I reached out and received new recordings within a day. I would, and probably will, do this again for the next new baby in the family.
