I usually have no problem with this store location. But tonight.... Summer... One of the employees... Has the worst customer service skills I have ever seen. And is in no way a good person to work with from what I seen tonight. As long as she continues to work here I will no longer use this store location. Myself as well as 6-7 other people stood in line for over 20 min. The nice man at the register was the only one ringing up customers and was having a hard time with a coupon. He went to ask her for help. She helped and he was still talking to her and she just walked out of the store like he wasn't even speaking. I told her she should be in there ringing up people because there was a very long line and she could have cared less about the customers or her co worker. She informed me that she had delt with it for 2 hours. Implying that he should have to too.. I told her it's called customer service... She had no reply.... It isn't about him or her. It's about people who are shopping there having to stand in line for that long. She's the only person that works there who has this mentality. She shouldn't be working with the public. End rant.

I WAS HIRED AT $11 DOLLARS AN HR, AND REINBURSTED FOR GAS TRAVELING TO DIFFERNT STORES STOCKING, I ASKED MY SUPERVISER FOR INFO TO SEE CHECK STUBS BECAUSE MY MONEY NOT ADDING UP RIGHT, SHE NEVER DID, WEEK AFTER WEEK, SHE PROVIVED NO INFO. I CALL CORPORATE TO GET MY INFO, LOW AND BEHOLD I'M BEING PAID $10 DOLLARS AN HR, AND NO REINBURSTMENT FOR MY TRAVEL. I WORKED MY BEHIND OFF KEEPING THAT STORE LOOKNG DECENT, PUTTING UP 5 TO 8 ROLL CONTAINERS A DAY DURING MY 4 HOURS A DAY FOR 3 DAYS A WEEK. IT'S TERRIBLE WE HAVE PEOPLE LIKE THIS IN CHARGE OF A STORE. THE STORE NEEDS GOOD HONEST PEOPLE, BUT DISHONEST AMBER PRARIE KEEPS OUT THE HONSET PEOPLE. I REFUSE TO WORK FOR HER ANY LONGER. I QUIT.

The employees are always friendly, with a greeting when you walk in. They know regular customers by name. The grocery, home & discount sections are great to have in one place, especially for this small town. I would have given 5 stars, but the app & using coupons is difficult. , as well as not being able to pay with PayPal, as PayPal advertises it is an option.

The staff was friendly and informative about the sales in the store as soon as we walked in. We didn't have to wait in line long at all. Shelves were well stocked and faced! We were happy!

The people are frIendly but seems like every time I go in the store someone has done quit and they are having to hire someone new and when the truck comes in you stock in the way and you can't get to the item you want to buy

Love the store but there is one problem this man that checks out maybe two times a week he check me out today and was slow and blew his nose before he check me out it was nasty please give this man a job on something else I don't like going in that store when he is there I rather turn around and walk out

Just built a new store in ware shoals and it is customer in mind. You may not find everything you want but they have a good selection and knowledge staff.

Dollar General seems to be trying to fill gaps for rural areas, selling more produce and meats. Adding stores to underserved areas.
