Not a bad place to deliver it's a drop and hook for us. Your GPS is going to take you only to Dunn roadyou have to go pass with a GPS tells you to stop in order to find the location and you'll see a white sign in front looks like a dirt road.

Very poorly ran operation after loading it takes hours to get paper work. Came in with 10 and a half hrs on the clock I was loaded with in an hour by the time I received my paper work I had 4hrs on the clock. The staff is friendly but that doesn't make up for a poorly ran business.

Terrible dry van pickup. To start shipping office isn’t labeled anywhere. Second the staff is clueless in directions. Third 8 hours to load.After you destroy your suspension on their long gravel road keep straight the 3rd right (which is a dead-end) you walk to the door marked driver lounge. Again the sign is so small. There they’ll send you up the hill to scale. Make sure you have office number to call once at the scale.

Not a bad place just don’t deal with a guy name Ed. He held up the load causing us to miss the delivery. The broker called the receiver and they were gonna wait on us however Ed would not complete the paperwork or cut the trailer loose so my driver could leave. Very Unprofessional. The broker called and canceled the load. Everyone else was nice. Folk should stay home if they don’t want to work.

They knew I was coming in 1.5 hours before I got there. I waited 3hrs just to get loaded. Then I waited 4hrs to get my paperwork. They did a shift change and the guy that came in didn't know when I arrived so he wouldn't put my arrival time on the BOL. So I took a 10hr break and got the paperwork in the morning. Total time there 18hrs. What a waste of time.I WON'T be back !

Drop and hook. Drop trailer in the back by the dock doors. Past the scale. Then walk down and check in. Have to walk to the front of the building to check in. Can just walk through the building or around. Sign papers and go pick up a empty. Bathrooms and vending inside. Can park overnight along the long gravel driveway. Always a nice and easy spot for me.

Didn’t get his name but the Sunday night yard dog driver is a great guy and very informative. I was dispatched here while they were closed but they got me emptied quickly when they came in. Hose available for trailer wash out and parking is available. Middle of nowhere but they have a good break room with good vending options.

Great place, bit muddy. Very friendly workers that are more than happy to help. If dropping refer here drop in the red on the map then go to the drivers lounge/office marked in blue. MT are parked next to the driveway.

I've delivered here twice and the guys are always friendly it doesn't smell as bad as the chicken plant a few miles down the road. I dont know if they allow overnight parking but the last time I was there I hung out for a 30 min break it wasn't bad at all. Oh and if you drop and hook there the clean trailers smell good I dont know what they clean them with but they smell fresh and clean. I wish more places did pre washouts like this one. Great job guys if I had animals I'd buy your quality products.

Everyone was very nice arrived at shift change but other than that it was a fast unload. Also, you do not want to miss your turn onto Duncan or you'll be going down some dirt road to get back around.

Yes, that dirt road is where you're going. I've only picked up empties here, but they are left NASTY.Wouldn't hurt for these people to wash these trailers out after unloading them.. other facilities of this type do it.
