I had the best customer service at this Ace location! We love in Savannah Georgia and desperately needed mobile home stairs for or SC property. I called around to several places with no luck, then I found this ace hardware.I spoke to an employee named Dustin. He was very polite and helped us secure the stairs we needed for our home. When we arrived from our hour long drive, the cashiers were friendly and directed me to the restroom. It was refreshing to have something go right the 1st time in our homestead process. Great experience!

This is THE place to go in Walterboro for quality products and SUPERIOR service. Great selection of just about everything you'll need for home improvement, grilling, paint selection, hardware, gardening pots, seeds, fertilizer, and SO much more.

Adult Disney World for the hunter or outdoor person. Great products. But...great staff make you feel like family Wish I had not brought my wife. I would have brought " man cave stuff". I will be back.

This place is the best! The owner needs to be extremely proud of their employees. They treat you like family. Numerous times they save you money by scanning a coupon (you didn't even know about). Bought a pair of Araint Boots the other day and the employee again was incredible. Same goes for the guys back in the Stil chain saw area. Again, every time we go in I leave feeling like it was a pleasant experience. I hope places like this stay around forever!

Always a wonderful experience when I visit the Walterboro location. Very clean, well kept, friendly environment, and the most helpful staff! Today on my visit, you had two very eager young men there, willing to help with all of my shopping needs, Cannon and Tyler. They took the time to help me find all I needed, get it all to the counter, and helped me get it all loaded in the truck! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

This store has a little bit of everything. Employees are always attentive to my needs. Only concern is online inventory vs actual. There have been a few discrepancies when I've searched online to see if something is in stock to find that it's not actually there when I show up. I now call ahead to verify on specialty items and they are very quick to verify stock and even set it aside for me.

Visiting the Walterboro area we passed ace hardware several times and Bre joked with me that there was my big boy candy store. Had the occasion to visit and was not denied. Has a little bit of everything and never what I need. However, this business earns four stars because I was greeted upon entering by a young man who admitted readily that he didn’t know what a thermo cube was and quickly led me to an older more knowledgeable sales clerk, who had no idea either! Lol. Not unusual, but definitely appreciated the service. I chose to wander the store and as I was there alone, I picked up a whole passel of items I couldn’t live without. This store should be five stars but rate 4 stars ONLY because the cashier had her nose so far up her butt she couldn’t even as acknowledge me as I attempted to compliment their store.
