Had a really poor experience today. Went in with my out of state license to purchase something and these folks tried to turn away service because they’ve never seen one expire in 2054. Like straight up, no it’s fake and we cant use it. Let her know that she should call the cops and have them validate it, otherwise she is just refusing service. Apparently, her manager (instead of even a google check) stated we were in the clear. Good lord, hopefully I never have to go back there again. The education system is really failing out here.

A cashier named Jones on her badge has the absolute WORST ATTITUDE I've ever encountered.A simple purchase left me feeling like never shopping there again. Very disappointed in her customer service‼️

To the customer that said the cashier ,"Jones"was terrible. That particular cashier has been through a lot of life changes for the worse within the last 6 weeks. Don't judge until you've been there done that and especially on a public forum.

I live in a different town but I travel to Walterboro several times a week to take care of my 84 year old sister who is a customer of Walgreens. I have found the staff (Ms. Victoria, Pharmacist, Ms. Tina, intern, and Ms. Murphy, technician) so helpful, knowledgeable and concerned about my sister's health. They have been amazing and I am very thankful for them.

I went to the pharmacy a few weeks ago around 5pm only to find out they had closed early. There was a sign stating temporary hours and they closed at 4 pm that day. It was a week day because I went on my lunch break and they were supposed to be open until 10pm. I let it go, I understand that things happen. Well today I decided to call ahead of time to make sure they would be open their normal hours. I spoke with a pharmacist and was told yes they would be open until 10 pm. I live about 25 minutes from Walterboro, so I didn't want to make a wasted trip. I got to the pharmacy at 6:53pm and the pharmacy was closed! It's extremely frustrating when I called ahead of time and was told something different. I guess I will be making an early trip tomorrow morning as I will need my medication!

Store #09284 in, Walterboro,, the cashier was unable to ring up merchandise that is out on the floor for sale, since the item I liked in a grey color had no label or price tag I ran back through the store to get another pair in black with the label on it, I was ready to purchase the item in the grey color for the price of the black one. The cashier used a very rude tone to let me know that she can’t do it without a label it would mess up the inventory, after I told her that merchandise shouldn’t be out there on the floor without a label or price she got very aggravated and told me that she works in the front not in the back and she angrily tossed the item behind the register. I’m not working there I was willing to purchase something and I was treated as if it was me who was incompetent. I stood in line twice to fetch another pair and she was so slow that another person had to open another register to help her out. I’m going across the street to CVS from now on. Very rude service!

Arrived 45min before closing only to be met at the door by the rude manager who said “are you going to be quick? Bc I’m about to lock the door!” I needed allergy meds for my sick kid. Sheesh!

After giving all my personal information to "prove I'm me" the gentleman stated that if I didn't know my meds then he couldn't tell me!!! I've verified all needed info CORRECTLY..... As long as I've used this WalGreens this has never been an issue ..... I will be placing this phone call with his name on my vlog!!! Unacceptable

Tonight I called In spoke to a person in the pharmacy. I needed to know whether my prescription that was called in today was ready. I received an email saying it could not be filled so I called to find out why. The lady that answered the phone cut me off a few words into my Explanation. I know that they are busy so I was not going to be long winded but she didn't even let me get but a few words out when she cut me off very rudely and just said name? It was so rude. I may have even understood if I had been in a long winded explanation at that point. I proceeded to spell my last name and then my 1st name and she said my prescription was ready and followed that with I can spell just fine. She continued and I hung up. About 15 minutes later I went inside to pick up my prescription and the lady that checked me how was amazing. Very nice friendly and smiled the whole time period. She was not the person I spoke to on the phone.

I give this place 5 stars because of a man he's really nice he knows what he's doing & he never turns me down on the propane exchange rather than the woman who always make ridiculous decisions to tell me that they don't have any they've lost the key or that there not aloud to exchange after certain hours lol well I say women but there's only one that I've had this problem with in this particular store but thankfully he's usually there don't know his name but Walgreens really should give this guy a raise 😉

I refuse to use any other pharmacy! Everyone who works here is so caring and friendly! They always go out of their way to get my prescriptions filled quickly as possible! Also, the staff working in the store are so helpful and friendly!! I wish that I could give more stars because they definitely deserve them!!!! 💖

Shouldn't have to call in your prescription for the day due ? You should fill it just like the rest. It takes to long on hold just to get to talk to the pharmacist? They ask to refill some of them but not all? Why!! They should have them filled the same day, not late in the afternoon after you are done with the day?? Update your atomatic answer thingy??

Took me 45 minutes to call in refill, after waiting 15 minutes someone picked up and then hang up on me. The automated system did not pick up. I understand that you are busy and I don't mind waiting my turn please don't tell me to hold and then hang up. Walgreen's at one time was Very Good but something has changed.

I’d give zero stars if that was an option! For 2 weeks I’ve been trying to fill my prescription.. 3 times I physically went to the store to get it bc I was told it was ready which was a lie ! Now today (12/31/21) I was told for the 5th time it wasn’t filled! I was put on hold for over 20mins to then be hung up on! I called the store to speak to the manager on duty Will… who apologized for his incompetent pharmacy and told me the GM was there and would be calling me right back… of course I never got a phone call back! I now have to drive an hour to another town and an hour back to a different Walgreens bc this pharmacy can’t do their job! I will be calling corporate as well! This Walgreens location will not be getting my business nor anyone else’s that I know!

I drove 30 minutes to pick up my prescription. The lady in the drive thru ask for my ID and I give her my CWP because I left my drivers license at home.She immediately catches an attitude and says said she couldn’t take it because she needs an ID. An ID is a IDENTIFICATION CARD. A concealed weapons permit is an IDENTIFICATION card with my picture, name, and date of birth on it issued by SC. I explain this to her and she says “I’m still not taking it”. Extremely rude and unprofessional.

The pharmacist was the kindest I've ever encountered. Gave me vaccine with a smile and answered my questions the same. Please pharmacists take that initiative with customers, stop making us feel like burdens. Walterboro Walgreen's Pharmacy is going to be it for me.

Poor customer service in pharmacy.Dropped prescription off, was told it would be one hour. When I went to pick it up....they said it was filled under someone else's name with the same birth date. All of my information on the script was correct...yet they asked me three times to spell my name and date of birth. I spoke to a pharmacist and the store manager Phyllis, they all acted like it was my fault for having the same birth date as someone else. This pharmacy needs to close before they kill someone with their stupidity.

PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE! I was going here to get my medication filled the last time i went i was short three doses of narcotic medication. I called them and they said they did not see them so to count them again so i did. Now mind you from the time i left until i got home my medication was in a stapled bag in my purse and there is no possible way anyone could have messed with my prescription. So i called the corporate office a few days later i got a call from the head pharmacist she was polite until i told her i would like for someone ti review the cameras then she got an attitude and i did not hear back from her like i was supposed to. So i called corporate again and they said they were going to have it looked into. Now im very confused as to why from the beginning they had the people in question look into the matter opposed to someone else. Basically they would have been able to cover their butts before corporate got involved. Anyways now since the cameras were supposed to have been reviewed i cannot get in touch with anyone no one will return my calls i am very pissed. So be careful and have them count your meds in front of you before you leave because someone in that place has a problem that walgreens seems to want to sweep under the rug. Not only was i without my medication for three days but i also spent over 130.00!!

My healthcare debit card thing that I put money on wasn't working and I didn't have much cash. I was short thirty-something cents for my prescription and the pharmacy tech at the drive-thru said it was close enough! Very considerate employeee and amazing customer service at this Walgreens!

At pharmacy in walterboro, sc at 10 am on Sunday, June 21st and its NOT open. The staff told me the pharmacist overslept. I'm still here and it's almost 11 and still no pharmacist. How much more incompetent can you get? Come on Walgreens get it together you are messing with people's meds!

Super aggravated with the pharmacy’s ability to pick up phones refill meds... there is always a delay and when they took over for rite aid they were not prepared at all..... my kids need their meds on time it’s the same thing every time we go so why do they act surprised it needs to be filled?
