Reviews Petco open we used to bring our poodle there often we have had multiple groomers because they don't keep a groomer on staff and have seen from best to worst. This one was pretty bad the groomers seem like a really nice people but did a horrible job on our dog we've never seen our dog come back almost as dirty as when we bought her and her skill at hair cutting wax a lot if they don't have it qualify dog groomer they should let customers know. We love our dog dearly but to spend $60 for a grooming job that was absolutely horrible was something that we won't do again this will be our last trip to Petco until they finally qualified groomer

Very friendly and helpful caring people. You can put your animal in the basket and walk inside. Employees are very friendly and enjoy your stay. Come over for a PURRfect day. Don't forget to download Petco app , lots of incentives coupon and percentages off at different times.

Went into the Walterboro South Carolina store looking for a big bed for my German Shepherd, they had a nice one...I have one like it but it wasn't the price I wanted to pay. One of the ladies that works there told me to go online find out what the price is on line, and they would match it... reduced the bed by half

Walterboro store was ok, prices are outrageous, surprised to see at least 3 guys 2 of them working had management qualifications in the store filthy, stinky, greasy hair, dirty and smelly...like if they walked in off the street and started running the register. I was flabbergasted..any business should be out for a better image and be more professional. That's not representing the company in a good way at all...I went to work with a shower, hair washed and fixed, deodorant, hands washed etc and I groomed dogs for a living and finished the day smelling just as good as when I started so this is totally unacceptable.

Upped the staff in the last year but the store had always been devoid of employees and the lighting seemed to suggest it's derelict. They get too many reptiles for the area it is in.In January they had a brown basilisk in. Too specific for the area. She did not sell & was eventually given away. The employees did not know how to care for it. Often swarmed in crickets & had nose rubbing by the time she was given to some dude that no doubt didn't know how to care for it. Upsetting as a hobbyist to witness

Used to go all the time, but I found a cheaper way to feed my dogs. They are going out of business, but the food is only 10% off. Other stuff is cheaper now. I still couldn't beat the price of food at TCS.

I give this Petco 5stars and would give them 6 if I could. The manager, helped me get my dog well, and I was so grateful, for the excellent customer service and the compassion shown.This is the best pet store everrrrr!!!

No experience. but do have a question i went in there once and they have told me they dont wash cats i have severeal times attempted to wash my cat but atleast i tried i have been trying to come up with different ways and nothing works its very fusterateing to me that i cant give her a bath and i feel like a bad owner when people tell me i am not in some way i feel i am i just wish that petco if they dont wash cats that they would just straight up tell me and not lie to my face. so anywhere in walterboro would be helpful if any one knows of a place good or even if if you know if petco really does it thank you

Purchase some items with my credit card came back a couple days later to return some of the items also brought receipt back with me and the manager refused to refund me my money I had to go to Summerville Petco at Azalea Square to receive my refund these managers don't know anything that they are doing at this store nor do they have proper knowledge on pets that they are selling fish are a huge example one out of three employees were actually able to give me correct information that I was asking about just to see if they actually knew what they were talking about the manager was one of these people that knew nothing about several animals whether it be fish ferrets snakes Turtles he pretty much explained that he was just there it's a job

Employee nice that I spoke with. Store was cluttered. Almost no pets. First Petco I have visited that was in poor condition.Would not recommend this store.

The store was very clean and well kept. Sometimes there's literally no staff. When you buy something and go to check out, you have to wait forever for someone to come.

Since my last visit,this Percocet store has gone out of business. Their prices were too high on pet food since Wal-Mart was across the parking lot.

What they have there for Specialty Foods for your animal it is mind boggling. I know the prices are high but you are buying quality and healthy food for your animal
