The hearing test, her being so patient, and answering our questions made us feel comfortable. Since then, he has had several follow up appointments with the same experience. The Miracle location in Walterboro, SC is one of the MOST professional businesses I have ever used. Appointments are made and usually kept pretty close to your scheduled time. Lifetime service after your purchase. Huge discounts available. Jennifer is extremely knowledgeable and is always more than willing to take all the time needed to ensure all your needs are met. We purchased a set of hearing aids for a 97-year-old man and we have returned several times for tuning. Usually for him, it is not a fault of the hearing aid, but it was a problem with extreme wax build up and/or infection in the ear. These problems were spotted during the ear inspection.Jennifer has set the bar of excellent very high. Seems a lot of businesses, including professional ones, have lost their concept of customer service.

I met Jennifer at a health an wellness fair an I had the pleasure of sitting down with her to have my ears checked out an then I scheduled an appointment at her office. When I entered Miracle Ear in Walterboro Jennifer an her receptionist was so nice the office was so pleasant they offered coffee or tea as you waited. I had the pleasure of going over different things concerning my ears an Jennifer took the time of explaining everything in details so you can completely understand what an how your ears function. I also had my ears rechecked then the ear exam. I like to thank Jennifer for taking the time to explain everything about my exam an her staff they both was so pleasant an courteous they are very professional an their office was clean as well I give them an A ➕ and yes I would recomend people To GO To.. Jennifer is so good at her job. She is very knowledgeable with everything pertaining to hearing aids. My husband received hearing aids for the first time a couple of weeks ago and is very well pleased. He has needed hearing aids for a while and I could not get him in to talk to Jennifer about them. They are very sweet and loving staff and very helpful. They make you feel as if you were at home. Jennifer and Betsy are also very understanding when it comes to rescheduling because I had to many times because of my life difficulties. They really made my hearing alot easier for me to hear. These ladies are very professional and caring about patients. They also talk to past time of the appointment.The atmosphere of office is so soothing that my anxiety is at ease and I can relax more than at other offices. Jennifer is a very knowledgeable and professional audiologist that can explain everything so you can truly understand. my mother had hearing aids for years and was never satisfied with them. So you can understand how I was nervous about going in. I met Betsy as I came in the door. She was the nicest thing and made me feel so welcome. My appointment was on time, and I met Jennifer. She told me so many things and anything I did not understand she went over it again. She made me feel very comfortable with the examination and explained everything she was doing to me. I had it all the time I needed to consider if I wanted to hearing aids or Not. Within a week I was back getting my hearing aids and I have been so satisfied with them. anytime I have any problem big or small all I have to do is call Betsy snd I have an appointment with Jennifer. If they have a 10 star rating, I would give them a 10 thank you Betsy and Jennifer.
