I am a short person. Shelves are too high and products on those shelves are back out of reach. No one was ever available to help you after searching the store for 10 minutes, I went to the front only to be told they were busy. After the switch from BiLo, the store service has Diminished and the prices have increased.

I just used the coinstar machine to trade coins but at least the machine worked unlike the one at Wal-Mart which didn't work

Food Lion took over the Bi-Los in my area and I'm still getting used to it but right off I absolutely love their loyalty rewards program. The fact that you can earn some of your awards and coupons and add them through the app and just put in your phone number in the store is amazing. My store does tend to rearrange a lot but I understand they are still in their first year setup process but I think once everything is stable and in the same place the shopping experience will get better

Very good store, friendly staff and I was in and out very quickly in self check out. Love visiting Walterboro and this is a great place to pick up groceries.

Alicia helped me and greeted me from the moment I walked in. Excellent service , someone make her a Trainer, a raise, promotion or something . I was stressed before l came to the store nervous about the lines. Alicia was fast and extremely kind and warm. She stated she loves what she does. And l can tell.

You guys, how I feel about Food Lion. I'm always finding new spices and butters to help me when I cook. This particular store, from time to time, does display new products. Just take a little time and stroll down the aisle. One of my is Texas Pete Garlic. This one will give fried chicken a kick!!!

My small Town store is one if the worst ever. They don't have enough food to stock freezer so they position it so it looks full.

Their prices are extremely too high. I had gone to Walmart to make the same purchases earlier in the day but due to a problem with payment, I decided to come over to Food Lion which, to my Chagrin, cost me more money. The total at Walmart for my groceries was around $100, but when I got to Food Lion approximately the same items came up to $135. They're not the same since they took over from bi-lo. Used to be Bi-Lo wood make a effort to get items in that they did not have on the Shelf just by asking someone in the store, now, I have to send an email to corporate and I'm the lucky if they would do it

While I do miss my Bi-Lo, this is one of the nicest medium sized Food Lion stores that I've been to. Great staff and a good product selection. My only complaint is that they need to keep the FL brand Rip-Roarin Fruit Punch soda in stock on a more dependable basis. Apparently I'm not the only one that loves that stuff!

Everyone and everything in this food Lion Store are just wonderful... I like the atmosphere ok 🙂The store has a wonderful variety as merchandise...😁And parking is a breeze and entering the parking lot is a breeze...And yes they have handicap parking and all :)...Thank y'all all 🙏 in the Waterboro Food Lion, for being y'all's best 😁Sincerely ETA ♥️🙏🕊️🙂

Normally don't have an issue with this store but since they have remodeled and got new managers and employees I have had a bad experience. Especially with one of the managers. I was told I could only buy "X" amount of 2 liter sodas and said it was store policy but yet there's no signs indicating so. There is a manager there named George who is always very nice and always very helpful. He should get a raise!

WHAT DO YOU DO WHEN YOU HAVE LESS THAN A WEEK TO PLAN A 30TH BDAY CALL FOOD LION. I almost panicked but when I called Food Lion to see if they put pictures on a cake within 24hrs they said YES. Even when I missed the bakery THE MANAGER was sweet enough to help me get the picture to them. When I picked it up on Saturday along with the drummetes it was MORE than I could ask for. They took the colors given and made a beautiful tribute to my daughter. You see she's deaf and birthdays mean alot to her. THANK YOU FOOD LION. THANK YOU MS. MANAGER..THANK YOU BAKERY STAFF!!!!! BLESSINGS TO THE GM OF THIS STORE. YOUR STAFF IN TOP NOTCH.

Enjoy every visit. Feels like a kid in a toy store. Although at times they do rearrange their items, I do not mind searching. Gives me more time to zoom up and down the isles. All the time finding some new item to spice up taste buds with. They even have the wild grub. Tasty, yes so much tasty stuff. Please keep in mind how the business looks when I'm not there, I don't know. When I'm in there the place is clean and the air flow is awesome. The employees are friendly and helpful, well when not occupied. Got a staley or tampered product, please bring it back. Thinking they'll be glad to restore a smile. As of yet I haven't had no issues with the store and pray that I never because I need them just like they need us. Please examine your items carefully. Hope to see you there one day.🌹

Extremely high prices and sale items are never in stock. Always says mgmt doesn't order enough sale items and even though meat department cuts their own meat there is never meat on sale available and was even told many times that they are only allowed to put out a few meat items in sale each day so they don't run out..ORDER MORE AND KEEP THE CASE FULL!!! purchased watermelon last week and it was completely rotten so I lost $5.99 and $6.00 gas because ...you guest it..SOLD OUT...

Food Lion had persimmons today, so I'm thrilled. I love this store, They have so many fruits and vegetables we just can't get locally, and they have anything you can imagine. It's worth the drive to Waterboro every week to go grocery shopping.

Each and everytime I go to this unfriendly place I just spoke with the manager about the employees standing in the middle of the isle talking and just will not move out of the customers way. The store looks ugly cold no smiles just a non responsive bunch.of Employees smoking outside the store. I just with the manager about the staff on the middle of the isle. How I miss the friendly staff when it was Bilo I get it changes happens. I go there for fruits and vegetables. Please be mindful of your customer's when you see a customer or customers please step aside.

The place was so clean and cool. I found drinks I needed, plus some meats. Also it seemed that there was sales on a lot of stuff, like to fill up your pantry, and you get more discounts if you have the MVP card. The cashier and bag boy was so nice and helpful. I'm going there again.
