I just want to say that Caleb and dezyrae that worked December 23rd 2023! Absolutely made my night!! I was looking for something that my boys wanted really bad for christmas and even tho they were out of a product only by one cause i needed 3 .. They went above and beyond to help me to find one and because they didn't have another Caleb recommended the best one and smiled the whole time!!! And dezyrae also had the best energy in helping go in the back to look for another!! Thank yall so much you both deserve a raise we don't get that good attitude around here much.. thank you guys!

I love shopping here the cashier name Shania is very friendly and helpful . She has excellent customer service skills that any company would love there employees to have. The store prices was very reasonable . All these made my shopping experience a good one.

People are nice and helpful. This store usually has the boxes and other merchandise up on the counters and shelves where they are supposed to be, not sitting on carts or on the floor.

Good store only hard to get through the isle they always have carts and boxes everywhere. Cashiers are always polite and efficient.

I've never really shopped at Family Dollar alot, but I LOVED it. The store was clean and aisles were uncluttered, (here's looking at you Dollar General...) And the employees were friendly and not annoyed when I asked for help. Definitely getting more of my business!

All the shelves were stocked the store was nice and clean. Every dollar store I've been in in Walterboro lately has been nasty and the shelves empty but the Family Dollar stores all the shelves are stopped and the store is nice and clean and the people working in there are very nice and help you with every need you have.

I went in and ask for help and the cashier refused to help me or tell me where to find and item. I think her name was Karen she was very mean. I would never shop there again

This store is so nice and clean. Friendly service especially Irene she is so nice and she makes you enjoy shopping here. You are lucky to have her. I will be doing more shopping here.

Not good I purchased some items that had 1.95 on the smart coupon an they didn't ring up for that it came 4.50. That was a final sale with coupon so I went on the app and couldn't find them very unhappy .

This place is close by and some things are cheap, but you don't save many of your family's dollars. Store is kinda clean, but lately the products seem to be sparse, probably COVID's fault. It's ok.
