I Waited in line forever to get prescriptions. After getting home and looking at them I realized I didn't have them all. I called and was told they didn't have it in stock. No one mentioned anything about this when prescriptions were picked up. They offered on the phone to send it to another pharmacy, but never mentioned it in person when I picked up prescriptions. Poor communication and service

If I could give zero stars I most definitely would. My step daughter had a prescription sent over for an antibiotic around 12:50pm or 1pm so I didn’t show up until around 1:45 to pick it up. It wasn’t ready and would be 10 more minutes which was fine. After about 20 minutes still no medicine so I went to the counter to see how much longer. The prescription was done and had been done for who knows how long and they knew I was waiting for it because I was sitting in the waiting area which can clearly be seen by them from the counter. Then they take me to the register and the total doesn’t sound right so I asked if what insurance it was ran under and they had ran it under her secondary insurance not her medicaid which is on file as the primary so it took another 10 minutes to fix that. Then they tell us they need us to go back to the register to be rang up which took another 5 minutes and would have been longer if I hadn’t cut the next person and line off and ask where her medicine was because it had been 30 minutes now and I was only still there because of there mistakes. So they get the medicine which for some reason had been put back on the shelf and not taken to the register when the insurance issue was fixed. Then as the lady is ringing it up she pulls the medicine out and they didn’t even mix it up. They were about to give me unmixed antibiotics. So that took about another 10 minutes to get done after the lady finally got someone to mix it. So I spent about an hour there waiting for it with my sick child waiting in the car with my husband when she could have been home in bed resting. To top it all off they didn’t even apologize.

7 ladies working hard at the pharmacy! Caroline was great, providing me with what i needed in a timely manner, fast and friendly. The asian lady impressed me with her efficient skills in giving a vaccine. never have i received a jab so quick. the phones kept ringing despite having a staff designated to answer calls, two staff handled the customers in line and all the rest were busy handling medications. if you come for your medication, please be patient, these healthcare workers are doing their best.

Dr appt at 12 noon where Dr sent Rx during visit. Went and ate lunch for an hour so Rx would be ready. Arrived at CVS at 120 pm. Informed there is no new Rx for me! Ugh!!!!! Called Dr asking why Rx wasn't sent. Informed Rx was sent at 1220 pm. Drive 20 miles home. Called CVS and spoke with pharmacist. He says no Rx. I explained everything and he says, Oh let me look at new Rxs. Yep, right there the whole time. Bunch of worthless idiots at CVS!!!!

I do NOT like CVS service at. My mother, My Uncle and I use get our prescription from there. Whenever mother and I use to call to get our prescription refilled..... The automatic man on the phone would say our prescription will be ready in one week and then when we go to CVS to pick it up The people who work there will say something different. We had to wait like another week or next day. This happens more then once to us. They took so long get give people their medicine. They did the same thing to my uncle as well. We use to get our from Medicine Shoppe and we never had any problems there. CVS should realize people need their medicine on time. Some of us have health problems. I should not give them a star b/c they don’t deserve any stars. I’m glad we transfer our prescription to another pharmacy.

Unsure who the young lady was I spoke with but, she refilled the wrong RX that my 72yr old mother had a copay on. When calling to let her know we received the wrong RX, she went back and forth telling me that's what my mother told her and I'M THE ONE THAT GAVE HER THE RX NUMBER! Horrible customer service! Never expected someone to be so rude at a pharmacy.

I have used different pharmacies in my life (42 years young)… Walgreens, Publix, Walmart, and other CVS locations. That being said, I have NEVER EVER been so happy and grateful for this pharmacy and all the amazing people that work there. Savannah was one of the many amazing people that have helped me and made things so easy with her sweet personality!( I can’t remember other names.. I wish I did bc I would add it to this survey ..I’m sorry) I would absolutely positively recommend this location to anyone and everyone that would listen!😁 Thank you again for being so fabulous!!!

Not professional, no communication, waiting on prescription over a week, go in to get it and they say they don't know when it will be here. Call my doctor and canceled script and called it in to Walgreens across the street and had it later that day, so long CVS.

Worst experience ever had. I had appointment for COVID testing at 3:40pm and was in line from 3:00pm. The lady at the counter refuse to do the testing claiming we didn’t make it in time and they didn’t see our car in line. Because of the line our turn came at 4:20pm. It was an African american lady at the counter, I requested she be terminated from her job.

My doctor had to double my dosages on my high bp and fluid meds,. He emailed them in. They , not only, filled the new ones, but filled the old prescription, again. Hadn't been 2 weeks yet. Then, they had to change my meds completely, cvs texted me the next day that they were filled, went to get them and they didn't even have the drug, had to order it. Ok, thursday i finally get my meds, in the mean time, my bp continued to rise up to 185/110. It's like they do not pay attention to our health, nor are they concerned

The CVS in Walterboro S.C. is horrible. No matter what time of day you go there, your medicine is never ready. I had the worst experience on 05/22/2019. I went to go pick up my mom's medicine through the drive thru and it was one car ahead of me. It took them 15 minutes to serve them. Then when I get to the window, the lady walked off. She didn't say anything, just walked off and never came back. So I blew my horn. Another worker came to the window looked at me and set a basket of medication down at the window and walked off. Really. Finally a worker came to the window. Didn't say sorry for your wait or nothing. Something really needs to be done with the staff. I would never switch my pharmacy for CVS and I'm going to switch my Mother from there. CVS pharmacy in Walterboro S.C. SUCK. I wish I could rate them a zero. Corporate y'all need to look at all these bad reviews

The slowest cvs EVER. Was on the phone waiting for a whole hour collectively and nobody picked up, and evert time I’m in there they are just letting the phone ring. Now I have to go all the way up there just to see why my prescription is on hold and wait more possible hours for it to be filled.

My original pharmacy did not have a prescription that I required. I called CVS and they were very helpful. I was able to pick up my prescription and check out with the few items I required at the pharmacy!

CVS requested via their text, to make an appointment for the flu shot. After driving in, told they didn't have any vaccines and didn't know when any are expected. Same thing happened last year. Changing pharmacys. CVS is undependable.

Wish I could give a ZERO! This is the absolute worst Pharmacy on the plant. Prescription was called in and still took 3 1/2 hours to fill.Also need to teach employees to answer a phone too. They just need to shut store down.

I can never get anyone on the phone!!! Today will be my last time using this pharmacy ever once my refill is filled... I thought after they remodeled they would get better, turns out it made them worse..

They are very consistent at being slow and not having your medication in stock! I would play the lottery on days they had my medication in stock. As for being slow, they have surpassed the DMV! Congratulations!

Horrible service. And you have to wait on the phone forever!! No matter the time of day or how many people are at the pharmacy, expect at LEAST a 30 to 45 minute hold time EVERY time you call. I'll gladly pay much higher prices elsewhere. Do not use this pharmacy!!!!

Unreliable and have no compassion. Takes longer than 48 hours to fill a prescription. Told to come back in 20 and they'd have it ready. Go back to be told theyre out of what I need filled. Not once did they bother to call to relay the information.

I went buy 8 roll Bounty Paper Towels. I usually ask how much they are at register, because if they are obe $8 i dont buy. She told me on mon. 13th of May 2020 that they were $38. I said no thanks. Price gouching.

Would give them ZERO STARS...Currently on hold...been on hold 1 hour and 50 minutes trying to help my daughter get help..she was already on hold 45 minutes this afternoon. Girl finely gets on phone says hold in and hung up on me!!!

I went to CVS to pick up a prescription it did not look like the medicine I normally pick up asked the person to the window they seem Clueless she didn't even try to make sure it was right or anything I didn't want to keep anyone waiting so I called the phone i was waiting for over an hour and no one never pick up the line so I had to call another pharmacist to ask them about the medication I will be finding another Pharmacy

Been sitting in this damn drive through for over 30mins 😠😠😠 bad thing is there is only one vehicle in front of me at the window..... I always thought drive throughs we're suppose to be quick.....this is rediculious!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
