I had the best experience there thank you for being so knowledgeable about the ice cream and the fudge on the day that I went I got ice cream Isabella and the other staff member help me create the best ice cream sundae you could get the establishment was very clean. the employees was very nice, I will definitely return and get the same thing that I got before which was the brownie batter and the cookie dough and hot fudge Thank you for making my experience comfortable. There were so many flavors and they were a great help to me. Maybe feel very happy.

TL;DR: inexplicably expensive activities/arcade and epically bad pizza. Expect to pay $30-50 per kid per hour, and you can easily pay much more (each thing in the arcade is $1 or more, and the ticket spinner takes <20 seconds to suck up $1.25). You have to go into the arcade just to pay for things like laser tag ($8 for 2 rounds of 7 minutes). Main Event in Greenville has cheaper options, and this place has negligible real estate costs compared to downtown Greenville so I don’t understand why it’s so expensive. The legendarily bad pizza is the cherry on the disappointment cake. The sauce tastes like expired ketchup packets from the 1980s and still doesn’t mask how much worse the crust is. Literally any brand of frozen pizza in the supermarket is substantially better. Do yourself a favor and drive to Greenville. Main Event, Frankie’s Fun Park and even Chuck E Cheese are all better.

Not very accommodating for my daughter's birthday gathering on Sunday. I called on Monday and Thursday for details and confirm how many I had, pricing, and I ask if sat or sun would be better for them and was told Sunday. I get there with our group of 7 and was told they did not have us as reserved and did not honor the pricing I was told on Monday and Thursday. We made the best of it for the girls sake but will go somewhere else next time.

We had a big group and we all had a great time everyone stayed busy,the staff were all nice and very helpful and patient with the kids.the laser tag is a huge area,go carts we're cool and putt putt golfing was fun.the arcade games were new games the kids know.hotdogs and drinks for 5 bucks the best 😋.. thanks sweet retreat staff we had fun

This place is a diamond in the rough! Different kinds of arcade games, along with laser tag, go carts,& mini golf. All at a reasonable price! Unfortunately during my visit the mini golf was under construction. After feeling like a kid again, we walked over to the Willy Wonka of ice cream. So many flavors to choose from & an opportunity to create your own! Definitely will come back again for everything but mostly the ice cream!!

The arcade area of gaming center is rather expensive for what you get and the area that it is in. The center itself could certainly use some updating/ upgrades. I could see us possibly returning to play putt-putt as the course looked nice and was reasonably priced, but we certainly won't return to the arcade.

Very interesting, you can get a load of add ins actually blended with your ice cream. The combination gives you a soft ice cream. I went with simple chocolate with peanuts - awesome.

Place is relatively small, and games are limited, but overall, I do think that the place is welcoming and well managed. I do like the trade-in tickets for stuff. However, you need to make sure that you have some spare money on you.

We visited Sweet Retreat today after a busy weekend to enjoy some family time. The kids decided to enjoy the arcade and laser tag first before ordering ice cream. We were greeted at the desk by a nice young lady who was very informative about pricing. For just a little over $40 bucks we were able to play laser tag and enjoy $20 worth of arcade games. The laser tag was the best part. For $7 a piece, you play 2 rounds which is awesome! The kids won over 500 tickets playing games and was happy with the prize selection. I can honestly say that was a well worth $40 trip. We was going to order ice cream but decided to wait another time as there was a big party ahead of us and we had other obligations. But we will be back soon! My favorite ice cream choice is chocolate with Oreos mixed in a waffle cone. The best ice cream ever! If you want a fun, family outing, this is a great place to visit.

I stopped by here when I was in town for business. It was a nostalgic stop as we came here for ice cream when I was a kid. I was happy to see it still around! The chocolate shake was still just as good!

first time here and we really enjoyed it ! the arcade has a nice set-up w/some really cool games ! the mini golf course and go kart track is under construction right now so we decided on a couple games of laser tag which was awesome. then to end the day next door w/a couple scoops of some delicious butter pecan ice cream😋

I took my son from Chicago and his children to Sweet Retreat for go-cart racing. I was impressed with the equipment and the track. They had a blast, which made this grandpa happy. Ice cream afterwards was an added treat.

We stood by the counter for 10 minutes, we were ignored so we left. There were 10 of us trying to get cards to play games and laser tag but no worries won't waste mine or my family's time again

Disappointing...we drive there to ride the go karts with our son but they are either short staffed or not running. Most of the arcade games had glitches or were broken. I would recommend calling ahead or just go into Greenville if you want to ride go karts & play games and get your money's worth!

Just took my teenagers to get ice cream since we're having a pre-back to school outing today and we thoroughly enjoyed our trip. The girls working (Isabelle and Kylie I believe) greeted us as soon as we walked in the door. They both were very accommodating, kind, and knowledgeable. We'll definitely be going back soon!

Arcade is small but lots of fun. No golf at this time. Go karts are extremely fun had a great time. I’m 330 5’10 and fit just fine loads of fun and ice cream next door is defitnetly a must. Fresh cones and great staff. Thanks for a great Sunday afternoon.

The ice cream was amazing and the lady who helped us was such a delight. Good service is hard to come by, and I know I was difficult trying to choose what to get. They also had an area where my son and his friend (two eager two year olds) could be free. Great place, for sure we will be back!

The times that I've been there, it's an awesome experience! The laser tag is awesome, and it has 2 floors of the best room you'll ever see! It's best to have at least 4 players. Obviously more is even better. The go carts are awesome too, but try not to go for the green. And of course, the arcade games are great! I hope that the people who go love it there!

Went to ice cream shop & awesome young man working behind the counter suggested sugar free ice cream creation on a fresh waffle cone. It was amazing, they make it right there, both the cones & the ice cream. Will absolutely be back!

Great place with friendly staff. New arcade games and recently updated go carts that are actually pretty fast, makes you see they are trying to bring the place back to life. The ice cream was pretty good too, and they have Nathan's hot dogs! Lazer Tag was pretty fun too- everything was an all around great experience with decent prices (arcade games are a little pricey, but arcades are always like that)

This place popped up on my Google search and I am so glad it did. I will definitely go come here again. I got the sugar free vanilla with a banana mixed in and it was just like a soft serve homemade banana ice cream cone.

Golf course is severely run down and has baby copperhead snakes and mosquitoes, only 2 of the employees have a good attitude and are friendly. The shop owner is rude and very unprofessional. The arcade smells of body odor, the floors are absolutely disgusting and stiff/sticky. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place for your little ones. Probably one of the worst places I’ve had a birthday at. Most of the employees except 3 were always on their phones.

Besides the great outdoors, this is one of the few places that you can unwind with your kids around Oconee. I take my kids here every week. I see some people saying the prices are steep, but they're really not. 20 bucks can get you an hour give or take of arcade games.

We went and played Laser Tag and Putt Putt. Laser tag was awesome but DO NOT do any outside activities. Putt putt coarse was awful. Playing over moss and trash from the trees was not fun. Big waste of money. That area looked liked it had be there from the 70’s. Go somewhere else if you are looking for mini golf. Haven’t been to the new place in town but it wouldn’t haven taken much to be better.

Y'all. If you've never been here, you're missing out. My mom and I each got a sugar free vanilla shake with a scoop of protein and dark chocolate. Heavenly!!! My son's each picked sugar free vanilla and one added dark chocolate to his mix and the other added blackberry. Their small kids cups were huuuuge with how high they swirled the ice cream! Our entire family devoured the treats and we will definitely be back for more!

Great time on the new and much improved putt putt course!!
