So I frequent this Ingles market alot until yesterday I always get my salad from the bar or my cottage cheese and peaches. Due to having a chronic illness of the digestive system and 13 surgeries so far... But yesterday I had to share my peaches with a fly happily swimming in them. I stopped a manager and all he did was apologize and walk off. I am there a lot due to being limited to what I can eat but that's messed up now

Always a good experience for the most part, minus being stalked by angry (for whatever reason) employees every now and then. Only 4 stars because they run out of stuff for a week or two sometimes (Coke seems pretty basic...)

West Unions deli could learn a lot from the Seneca location. They acknowledge you even if they can’t wait on you at the moment. Very friendly and their chicken salad is the best hands down. West Unions is to chunky and the leave a lot of bones in it!!

Without exageration, I have never witnessed a more incapable staff than at the Ingles Deli. There are some very kind people, but after 7 visits in a row to get deli food of various kinds where the simplest of orders is just plain wrong, we are done. We will drive to Seneca to shop elsewhere. The foul attitudes from some of the workers suggests a miserable work environment, or an inability to leave personal lives at the door when clocking in.

Horrible online order page. Curbside service is a wonderful thing if your store had a user friendly page. Because your page is so difficult I can't shop at my local store so I had to choose a different grocery store to do my shopping.

I love their pharmacy. They take care of My needs every month. They take time on the phone with me to go over what needs filled when. I have never gotten a sour pus out of any of them in many years I have been doing business with them. I absolutely love Ingles grocery. The fresh vegetables are gorgeous. This chain has decided to vigorously "stick-it" to their customers, but for this location the new manager would need a helicopter to reach the level of customer service that his predecessor displayed

Store is neat and well stocked with good grocery selection. Prices are high. Not as many sale items as there used to be. Straight parking is difficult.

I have no problem with the store it's self. But every time I call, it rings I get a computer voice. I hit all the correct numbers. And then it starts ringing again only to have someone pick up the receiver and hang up on me. 100 out of 100 times. I guess this store must be ready to go completely computer. And no employees. It's coming quicker than we all know and the lack of customer care seems to be the number one reason.

For the first time in about a year, the vegetables were fresh. I don't normally use this store so maybe they have great veggies everyday. However, many stores have veggies that are rotting . I was very pleased because it was convenient.

I just bought a chicken salad sandwich from the deli and the "sell by" date is 11/27/23. Today is 12/9/23! My wife bit into the sandwich and knew it was bad. Come on guys...how about some concern for your customers?

Deli closes at 6:30. Get there at 6 because at 6:25 nobody will wait on you until after closing time, and then you are told they are closed!😬

Overall I like shopping at Ingles. Good prices, fresh meats and produce. However, the food bar is a disaster. They're supposed to have flounder on Fridays but they never fry enough or don't have it at all and you have to constantly repeat yourself because they're too busy to listen. Women behind the counter are grouchy.

It’s okay. The store appears to be a little older and needs some refreshing but it is large with a lot of selections. The produce is just okay and not nearly what I am able to get at Publix plus they are at least 20-25% more expensive! The only reason we shopped here today was because the highway to Publix in Seneca was backed up apparently from an accident and we won’t be returning here unless absolutely necessary.

Well we're do I start with this store.The deli is great,no I don't like it all,but I have my favorites and the ladies there are great about doing there best.you can't get service like this at many places.Now 2 weeks ago I needed something for my wife's birthday.Called Ingles,talk to this lady told her what I wanted need it tomorrow 9 am.well she made my wife so happy.I went back a few days later to find who did such a great job.This is good store, guess it starts with the manager and his team.Happy to have this store in our small town

Dependable, full service grocery store. Shelves are generally full, and prices are better than some other local stores (Publix). Something I like about the regional Ingles is that the stores are laid out the same from one to another. If you know your neighborhood Ingles, you won't get lost in a distant Ingles.

I do my best to support my local markets and am glad that this Ingles is close by.Lately, I have noticed that there is a lot of trash and debris in the parking lot and around the entry/exit. The cleanliness of any store represents how much they care, but even more so with grocery stores. I hope someone takes note of this and takes action to improve the appearance of our local Ingles Market.

Ample selection of food as well as household necessities. The deli offers a wide selection of meats and cheeses. The bakery always has fresh desserts, I’ve never left with something to find it stale when I get home.The employees are mostly friendly and willing to help or make small talk which is something that’s rare these days.The salad bar could use some TLC. Many of times flies can be seen circulating the fruits and dressings. It also looks neglected as the counters are typically dirty with spilled food or condiments. I’m not sure how that can be addressed but it’s not sanitary. Maybe give a certain employee the duty of watching that section more thoroughly.

I will not ever use the self check out ever again, there was only one cashier and she had a long line. So I was being nice and decided to use the self checkout that was a big mistake since I was getting more than five items.

I have loved this store. However, today I got rare roast beef sliced from the deli. It must have been the end of the piece. I couldn't even make a nice tray since the pieces were about 3 inches long and scraggly. Very embarrassing to my guests. I worked in a deli for 8 years. I would never have done that to a customer. $15.99/pound and I got terrible slices. When I worked in a Classy deli, end pieces were sold at a reduced price, not sold for top dollar like the first slices.

I think Ingles is great! The reason for three stars is that all three Ingles near me let their hot food dry out between noon and the evening. Cracked open dry, because it's not been stirred in hours, if at all. I drove to all three yesterday around 3:00pm trying to find a meal. Total of over 30 miles. Sorry, but none were fit to eat at that time. When fresh, you will not find a better, less expensive meal anywhere. This is not a rare occurrence. This appears to be the norm.

The food store where everyone goes. This store is clean and the people are great who work here. I even used to work here so a definite 5 stars because they really are super efficient.
