I brought in three cats, one female and two males to get spayed and neutered. The staff were very helpful, nice and professional, they took very good care of my animals. They did a wonderful job keeping me updated, they got me an appointment very quickly. There wasn't very much waiting which I really appreciated, and the prices are definitely affordable. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anybody who needs animal care.Also personal thank you to Dr. Pam Wood 😁

The first time my dog had ever been seen here. She took her in on an emergency basis. I live in Aiken and will be taking my dogs here from now on. From the moment we walked in the front door until we left, we felt as if our dog had been her patient for her entire life.

First off if I could leave zero stars I would. My dog was perfectly fine until she wasn’t. Something happened out of no where and being the closest vet I could take her to I did out of no other choice. My baby was throwing up , wasn’t standing good on her own and just went out of it, wasn’t responding to anything and just went limp and you could tell wasn’t breathing properly. I feel as if we just straight got lied to just for the money. When I brought her in mind you it JUST happened, I don’t live far whatsoever from this vet. It was right around 140-145pm. They took her and got her hooked up on iv and oxygen and tried to get blood work. They also stated they’ve did an xray as well. They told us that she was clearly in some type of shock but couldnt tell us what kind of shock , that her liver seemed to be enlarged but couldn’t tell us what that was from either , and told us at that moment was kind of a waiting game to see if she would start to respond for any treatment. And that they would keep us updated. We have three other dogs at home when all this transpired so we came back home to check on the other dogs as we waited for some test results to come back. I called back at 3:10 to check how she was doing and if any test came back or not and all they stated was no changes and that bloodwork didn’t come back yet. In this moment we got in contact with CVets and they said none of this was sound right whatsoever and that she was not getting proper treatment. Still no phone call from this vet whatsoever I called again at 330 and this time was told that they took her off oxygen for about 20-30 mins and that they was seeing some responding from her , and that the blood test had to be redone they said because her blood was to thick. Around 4 I decided to just go up there prepared and ready to transport her myself to the Cvets. Because nothing was sounding right . When we got there they went back and told them we were there , when they came out to speak with us they told us she took a turn and was put back on oxygen and was dependent on oxygen as she was purple. She told us at that time she wasn’t sure if our baby would make it if she was off the oxygen. We called cvets right after and asked questions about transporting to them, NOT even 4 mins later as we’re walking back in the vet is rushing out the door saying our baby was passing and getting us to the back to her. As we laid eyes on her we could tell she was bloated , and once we touched her she was cold, and paws were ice cold. They only let us stay with her in that moment for a few minutes not even then stuck us in another room. Then came in asking for there more payment on top of the deposit I left before leaving the first time a whole $645 for LESS then 3 hours with NO RESULT. Oh but they “said” they “dropped some charges due to our loss” . In that time I didn’t wanna argue nor complain or make a sene, I wanted to take our baby home and let her rest in peace.My issue is I feel as if they could not care for your baby correctly and lied to us about her small progress and just killed our dog. Still yet got nothing back in regards to ANY of the test, X-rays , bloodwork etc. We have NO answer as to what happened to our baby. I’ve asked for all of the records and we have nothing.I’m very hurt and feel as if they could have just us from the beginning she wasn’t getting better instead of giving false information in a very serious situation. I want this to be avoided and not happen again, as the reasoning for this post.

So very happy to have this vet and staff so close!! Had a last minute issue with one of my dogs and they graciously worked her in for gland expression. Then I was able to get an appt for each of my pups for 1 day after I called! ALL the staff are wonderful and you can tell they're animal lovers ❤️ ♥️ All time best experience at a Vet office. I highly recommend!

Like the other reviewers, I am so happy this clinic is close to where we live! Rescued my pup a few months ago, so I didn't have a vet for him yet but then there was an incident which required me to call and see if they could get him in and they were able to work him in thankfully! What a great group of people! I truly appreciate their kindness and helpfulness! This will become my pups regular vet!

My dog really needed to be seen due to an injury infection and my regular vet was booked a month out. I called WAC, and they were able to get him in the next morning. The staff was absolutely amazing with him and to me. The office is clean and open, perfect for someone who may have a reactive dog.

The staff is so nice. Dr. Glore is knowledgeable and seems to genuinely care for the animals. The prices are comparable to other area vets. I do love that they have a more personal feel here as opposed to just being another client.

my dog got loose during a storm. I received an email from AKC that my dog was found and to call Wagener Animal Clinic to get the dog back. The person answering the phone has been rude every single time i call, receptionist told me that i called her a liar (which i never did), she laughed when i told her i just want to find my dog. i really hope the receptionist gets better training for the next person that has a lost pet. its really unfortunate to treat someone that way.

I am very pleased with WAC. They have been very accommodating with appointments and treat my fur baby well. I am so very happy we have a local vet especially for pets that get stressed when having to ride in a vehicle. Thank you for all that you do!
