Handled poorly!!! Me and my family was looking to adopt a puppy from a litter they had at the shelter. We went and fill out the paperwork and was told that they would be in contact with us so we can go meet them. Which we were excited to do! But then a week later they called and left a message saying that they were sending the whole litter to be fostered out. I thought adoption was goal here but I guess not! Thanks for the waste of time!

Horrible. My father called because he had to surrender his dog and was met with a cold, heartless, argumentative "person" on the phone. This place should be defunded. You stuck another dagger in an already broken heart.
