This is now my new local store and I am glad. They are so much nicer here in Union. Thank you folks for being so nice. I have a service dog and you would be surprised at how many people think she doesn't need to be with me because I am young. She is a true service dog and they have never been rude about her being with me. Thank you guys

Union Walmart pick up is getting slower and slower. Even when you check in they wait until you are parked to even get the order together. Pick up is supposed to be quick and convenient. Pick up and go! It’s always a long wait and never enough employees smh

I chose to visit the Union Walmart instead of the closer Laurens Supercenter because they claimed to have an available window for pickup. When I arrived, all pickup spots were full, so I had to park adjacent. After waiting for an hour, I attempted to call the provided phone number, but the voicemail box was full. Another 30 minutes later, I had to leave without picking up my order due to other obligations. Later that evening, I was still charged for my order and had to contact support to receive a refund. This is easily the worst Walmart experience I have ever endured and I will not return to the Union location. The pickup employees need to be trained or fired.

I would've gave a 5 star rating but idk why Walmart has so many checkout lines if they choose not to use them. The self checkout is always either broke down or takes either paper money or cards rarely ever takes both. But other than that they're great.

This is the worst Walmart that I have ever had the displeasure of having them deliver! Not only do they not deliver the all of the products that you pay for ( and it never said that they needed to substitute) , but also when they say ( their out) we went inside the store and low and behold they had a ton of the products that they were ( sold out of ). And when you try calling, you can never get someone to answer and help you .

Please, PLEASE, train your employees better. I won't go into all this issues I have with this location - in which there are MANY! Today's issue though really takes the cake. We refill our 5 gallon water bottles every week - most of the time we go through self checkout (because there are rarely any cashier's actually standing in their lane (because gossiping in a group is a way better option for their salary). The times we do go though a cashier, we ALWAYS have to explain how to ring up a refill... Not a new bottle purchase, not an exchange, but a simple refill. At self checkout it's easy, search water, click 5 gallon refill, enter quantity. Today, going through a cashier, she rnd up the exchange, when stating this wasn't correct, she asked for help. Not one, but two other ladies, one being a manager argued that this is how it works and how it always has. Cancelled out our order and went to self checkout to do it ourselves. Why even have cashier's at this point!! The ONLY reason we go to Walmart is because there isn't another option locally - and I suspect that is why the customer service is so bad .. because Walmart knows consumers don't have options in small towns.

The store is always overcrowded and everything that I look for is either out of stock or hasn't been stocked yet by the dozens of workers who block the aisles with their carts and pallets of inventory. If there were more store options around town, I'd definitely lean towards them more often.

Grocery pick up can be great and then I have also had horrible experiences. Some staff is just plain rude and never ready to help if needed.

The prices on shelf aren't correct when you check out the prices are 2.00 higher and 1.00 higher. 3 pack Colgate list 11.56 and cost me 13.32.

They're horrible with the spark system and batching orders. Seriously get someone that knows what addresses should be batched together. edit** And always a day behind on deliveries so your orders get delayed. Step it up

I have a 2 year old autistic son. We were at self check out recently and my son was happy .. flapping his hands checking out his fingers and wiggling and the lady working the checkout looks at my baby and says “what in the world is wrong with him?” I am very thankful he was not older and didn’t understand what she said. It broke my heart for her to say that. Nothing is wrong with him. That is his normal and to me he is perfect.

This store is getting worse every day. Maybe someone will care enough someday and put a good manager in this store that will actually get people to do their jobs. But I doubt it.

Not enough cashiers alot of us are disabled and old don't like self checkout and standing in line is ridiculous makes me want to shop elsewhere today was the same but even though I had to go through self check out the lady there was very helpful so 5 stars today only because of two helpful employees

They are lucky I gave them 1star.This would be the Walmart in Union South Carolina.For the past (5) months now, they have lost or misplaced my pickup order . Well today being May 17th 2023. Someone has done it again and told me that it would be picked again and it should be about 20 minutes. Load and behold it took them 2 hours!!! So yes I'm not a happy camper. This will be the last time I shop at this store!!

Don’t ever believe that the manager will price match anybody. Tractor supply just across the road has plants and I asked will you match their price?? He said absolutely not!!!!! Thanks buddy for all those dollars I’ve spent with you. No more 👎👎👎

This store is AMAZING! I'd like to give a HUGE SHOUTOUT to Cayla in electronics!!! She is the very first employee I've ever come across at Walmart, in electronics, that knew what she was talking about and where to find it. She is super friendly and truly went above and beyond to help me. I will be back!

Only had 2cash registers open. All 8 self checkouts we're only accepting card payments. No cash! Therefore the registers were backed up tremendously... Spent 45 min. standing in line. Had grocery order scheduled for pickup also. From the time we checked in, it took 1hour before the order was brought out. Six other people that arrived after we did were served before I called the check in number to inquire about what was taking so long. Was informed that there was only one person working on that department. That is no excuse for overlooking my order. Idk why but it seems like customer service at Walmart has taken a severe downturn from the past. I will definitely be looking for alternative options in the future. Was very disappointed! Would rate 0stars but there's no option for that. Google should add a selection for such below par satisfaction.

Terrible. Customer service the floor runner was very rude and they also refused to match the price I had an item scanned on my phones app IN MY STORE MODE” at 1 price it rang up a higher price and the woman refused to give it to me for that price it said on my phone set to in store not online!!!! She was rude and nasty attitude basically told me I was s.o.l. And she was “clueless” as to how I could get in touch with her boss or corporate !!! I took pictures of the item and sku ### it’s pointless for Walmart to advertise anything about a price match when they REFUSE TO PRICEMATCH SOMETHING IN THEIR OWN STORE !!!!

For the most part, the staff are nice. There are some that could care less about their jobs or the customers. They hardly have many registers open. I usually use the self checkout, so the registers not being open really doesn't affect me. The reason for the 4 stars is because when I go online and something says in stock, I go to this location, and can never find it. Or it will say out of stock, but they have it.
