I had a 5-star experience and it's because of Sheldon and the young lady working on June 6, 2023.I was immediately greeted as I walked in and shown where to purchase ladders. Sheldon and I had a great conversation about military service and he carried my purchase to the front for my father to pick up later. My father mentioned Sheldon after returning with the ladder. Customer service is appreciated, great customer service is priceless.

Just came from there. Very few people in the store. Employees everywhere standing around doing nothing. Asked for chicken wire I was told back wall. Somewhat unclear directions but I found it on my own. Asked two other employees where I could find wire cutters. They both waved in a general direction and said somewhere in tools I guess. I left the chicken wire at the front counter Best of luck doing business in this town. Your employees are rude and unhelpful. Your prices are atrocious.

I visited Tractor Supply in Union SC for the first time since it opened. I absolutely loved it! They have a great selection!!! The employee Pebbles was very helpful!!! She helped me find everything that I needed!!! She helped me decide which rabbit cage was best for me to get by checking the prices on a couple of them!!! I look forward to visiting Tractor Supply again very soon for anything I may need!!!

Very nice store since it recently opened. Employees are very nice and helpful. Shelves are stocked with anything that you're looking to purchase. Especially helpful is their outside employees that are there to assist me with purchasing gardening supplies.
